I was looking for some new shrubs - found Gardens4you.ie online and assumed I was dealing with an Irish entity. Not so - items came from the Netherlands, with which I have no problem - just be honest & up-front with it. Delivery was arranged via FedEx. I received a SMS to say my items would be delivered between 9:30 and 1:30 on a particular day - so I stayed in all day - but no delivery arrived. FedEx website provided no updates other that "Out for delivery". Items were left on my doorstep the following day when I was away from home. Prouct in fairness is very good, well packaged and looks very fresh & healthy. Shame about the shortcomings.

The planting stock is of very high quality. The price is lower than at similar nurseries. Delivery was very fast. I am very pleased. Thank you for your hard work and efforts to create beauty around the world. Despite these difficult times, your tulips will bloom in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine! May beauty foster peace and joy! I bought bulbs. I won't know if they are the right ones/ good for several months. But I can say now that I was able to get purple Triumph tulips which for some reason are not available in Ireland this year through normal retail sources. They weren't cheap, but they arrived on time and are now planted - so thanks for a great option when a particular variety isn't available in another smaller EU country.

I liked the fact that they arrived alive and undamaged - however the packaging was damaged and I was afraid that the plants would be damaged as well but thankfully they were not. What I did notice is they were very dry so maybe watering them before they are delivered might help as they would not have survived another day without water. - of course that might mean you have to change the packaging to a waterproof package. Anyway it’s just a thought.

Ordered three plants,one pear, two wisteria.All three plants turned up in great condition,thanks to packaging and DPD's care during transport.Autumn doesn't do them justice,but next summer will. Not totally sure about your instructions for the wisteria,Google had other ideas...we'll see in spring? Thank you for the care.

The plants arrived in time and well packaged - no damage at all. I could be wrong but the plants looked like they were transplanted loosly into the pots rather than grown in them so had little root ball. If I am wrong about that, I apologise and would raise my rating to 5 star. They are all planted now and hopefully will thrive.

unfortunately the plant I ordered which appeared to be in stock was actually out of stock. However 4 stars for the options to cancel the whole order - which was good because my planting scheme was based around the out-of-stock plant. One star taken away because out-of-stock plant was listed on the website as in stock.

Plants arrived in Ireland in a very good condition and although the arrival time was the peak of a local heatwave and the plants had to stay inside the box for another three days due to our absence, the plants were in a perfect shape when unpacking and I could plant some strong and healthy plants which seem to enjoy the new environment in our large garden-pots.

Very well packaged, plants still moist after their journey from Europe presumably, took one star away for overall scraggy appearance of plants with just a few stems emerging from compost. Pruned them gently, sowed them promptly and fingers crossed. Emaciated appearance probably owing to it being the end of the season

What i was looking for was easy to find. The website was easy to navigate. The delivery was prompt and the quality of the plants were great, also the packaging was not overly excessive and I thought eco friendly. One improvement would be an option on the website to filter out plants that arent in stock when searching, and maybe a "mail me when instock" option somehwere if not using the proposed filter.

Excellent service, young plants ready for Autumn planting arrived here in Ireland very well packed and in good condition within 5 working days and pricing compares very favourably with similar on line sites and local garden centres

Two of the plants were in a dreadful state with stems black and dead. These two plants were too far gone to save. I believe these were packed in this state as this amount of damage would not happen in the period from when the order was placed to delivery. I would suggest there is a problem with your company's quality control. I regularly order plants from online retailers and have never had plant arrive in this condition over this delivery time frame. The rest of the plants arrived in good condition. At some stage I may place another order just to see if this is an ongoing problem with your company.

Loved my tree, it came boxed on its own and was in perfect condition. However, my smaller plants were not in great condition when they arrived all boxed together. Some of the smaller plants were too long to be put sideways in the box so were just bent into position to fit which was disappointing.

Great choice of shrubs and good value. The delivery took six days from when it left Gardens4You to reach Ireland. A couple of shrubs were in a bad way from being in the box that long. Not in the control of Gardens4You but the Irish website says that the shrubs will be delivered in three to four days.

It was very easy to select plants due to clear descriptions and photos. The order process was smooth and the order tracking was excellent. One of the best on-line experiences I have ever had.

Ease of plant selection, straightforward payment. I have purchased several plants now from Gardens 4u and have been impressed with the turnaround and delivery. The plants arrive after a couple of days beautifully packed I’ve not had one plant receive any damage during transit. The quality of the plants has always been very good the prices are very reasonable and so is the carriage compared to other companies. Delighted to have received my order which was dispatched and delivered within the timeframe given, everything arrived perfectly packaged and in excellent condition, and were delivered by DPD which in my opinion is always a bonus, as they take very considerable care with goods entrusted to them. All plants arrived as advertised, appear healthy and were delivered as well as they were sent, so I’m not needing to make any recommendations as to what could possibly be done better.

I’ve used gardens4you recently a couple of times. I’m very impressed with information on website regarding plant sizes etc, you know what you’re getting. Fast delivery and packaging of plants great also. I also think the price point is great value too. Fairly quick delivery all trees were ok although some were very dry at the bottom half when I removed from pots for planting but happy with all will and have ordered more trees and shrubs thank you.
