I liked the fact that they arrived alive and undamaged - however the packaging was damaged and I was afraid that the plants would be damaged as well but thankfully they were not. What I did notice is they were very dry so maybe watering them before they are delivered might help as they would not have survived another day without water. - of course that might mean you have to change the packaging to a waterproof package. Anyway it’s just a thought.

Plants arrived in Ireland in a very good condition and although the arrival time was the peak of a local heatwave and the plants had to stay inside the box for another three days due to our absence, the plants were in a perfect shape when unpacking and I could plant some strong and healthy plants which seem to enjoy the new environment in our large garden-pots.

What i was looking for was easy to find. The website was easy to navigate. The delivery was prompt and the quality of the plants were great, also the packaging was not overly excessive and I thought eco friendly. One improvement would be an option on the website to filter out plants that arent in stock when searching, and maybe a "mail me when instock" option somehwere if not using the proposed filter.

Two of the plants were in a dreadful state with stems black and dead. These two plants were too far gone to save. I believe these were packed in this state as this amount of damage would not happen in the period from when the order was placed to delivery. I would suggest there is a problem with your company's quality control. I regularly order plants from online retailers and have never had plant arrive in this condition over this delivery time frame. The rest of the plants arrived in good condition. At some stage I may place another order just to see if this is an ongoing problem with your company.

Great choice of shrubs and good value. The delivery took six days from when it left Gardens4You to reach Ireland. A couple of shrubs were in a bad way from being in the box that long. Not in the control of Gardens4You but the Irish website says that the shrubs will be delivered in three to four days.

Loved my tree, it came boxed on its own and was in perfect condition. However, my smaller plants were not in great condition when they arrived all boxed together. Some of the smaller plants were too long to be put sideways in the box so were just bent into position to fit which was disappointing.

Ease of plant selection, straightforward payment. I have purchased several plants now from Gardens 4u and have been impressed with the turnaround and delivery. The plants arrive after a couple of days beautifully packed I’ve not had one plant receive any damage during transit. The quality of the plants has always been very good the prices are very reasonable and so is the carriage compared to other companies. I feel I can always shop with confidence with Gardens 4 u I thoroughly recommend them

Delighted to have received my order which was dispatched and delivered within the timeframe given, everything arrived perfectly packaged and in excellent condition, and were delivered by DPD which in my opinion is always a bonus, as they take very considerable care with goods entrusted to them. All plants arrived as advertised, appear healthy and were delivered as well as they were sent, so I’m not needing to make any recommendations as to what could possibly be done better.

I’ve used gardens4you recently a couple of times. I’m very impressed with information on website regarding plant sizes etc, you know what you’re getting. Fast delivery and packaging of plants great also. I also think the price point is great value too. Customer friendly website Excellent packaging, house plants are beautiful. I was concerned about them coming from the Netherlands to Ireland, but they were packaged so professionally, not even a bit of soil was put of place when I received them

I needed to send a Chinese Money Plant to my father from the UK to Ireland, which is now super difficult because of Brexit... but these guys managed to so it so well. My father got a well looked after plant a few days later & said there were no issues at all. They also took care of all customer service issues very well. I would use them again! Theyre fab!

Because your email address contained the suffix “.ie” I assumed that you were a company on the island of Ireland. I have no problem about supporting other nationalities in Europe, as we are all one now in the EU, but I did think that the order would have arrived more quickly if it came from a location closer to home. Some of the plants looked a little the worse for wear as a result ofthe time spent in transit through the United Kingdom. Than you

COMPLAINT ABOUT POOR-QUALITY AND MISREPRESENTED HYDRANGEA PLANTS I am extremely disappointed with the hydrangea plants I received. They arrived dried out, very weak, unhealthy, with poorly formed crowns, thin branches, and many damaged and dried leaves. It was obvious that the plants had not been properly cared for before shipping. There was also a clear discrepancy between the plants shown on your website and the plants I actually received. The website shows healthy, well-maintained plants with clean, undamaged leaves, beautiful flowers, and a specific flower colour. What I received looked completely different and was in very poor condition. Even a young or small plant should still be healthy, strong, and properly cared for. The flower colour also did not match the colour shown on the website. I purchased the plant based on the photos and description provided. If the website had shown an accurate photo of the actual plant and its condition, I would never have purchased it. I contacted customer support on the very first day and requested a refund, but my request was refused and my complaints were not properly addressed. I was also told that I could return the plants, but I would have to pay the return shipping myself, despite the plants arriving in unacceptable condition. I have purchased plants from many nurseries before, and I have never received planting material in such poor condition. This is not simply a matter of a young plant being smaller than expected — the product I received was clearly not consistent with the photographs and description presented on your website. This is highly misleading for customers. I am requesting a full refund and hope this matter can be resolved amicably without further action.

My Mum is an avid gardener and was looking for specific plants that I was having trouble sourcing locally. I did a Google search & discovered the site. The choice was excellent, very very good value and the items turned up a lot quicker than expected and in great shape! Will definitely be recommending the site and purchasing from you again.

excellent delivery. plants were in very good condition on arrival. only giving four stars cos on of the plants does'nt look very healthy. not sure if it will survive. care instructions included in the delivery would have been useful

Plants arrived in perfect condition well watered, no leaf wilt. The Kiwi plant was exceptionally well grown in perfect shape and I planted it immediately. I thought the box was extremely large but it meant all plants were well packed. I bought strawberries and bare root plants which had good fat growth. I am hopeful of excellent crops.

Great selection of plants available at very good prices. All plants I ordered arrived within a week of placing the order and when they arrived, plants were in excellent condition and very well packed. Email with plant care arrived a day or two before the delivery itself. Highly recommend Gardens4You.

Delivery was easy, products were good. Some of them plant leaves were having dark patches and some of them leaves was falling off. Maybe transport shock for the plants, because some other plants are doing great too.
