Plants were healthy and delivered in just a few days . All good experience from start to finish . Great website ----- good info and timely updates on purchase. I have a 23 year old garden and am by the sea with a windy wet climate so gardening is a challenge . Never very cold but always quite wet . Hydrangeas and Berberis along with a handful of other shrubs and perennials survive nicely here so my garden has always brought me many compliments . My recent purchases from you will of course further enhance my garden.

Dead, rotten and unrecognisable plants sent!!! I have received my order and I have never seen anything like this before: dead, rotten, mouldy and unrecognisable plants. This must be some joke or I don’t even know what to call it. There is no way, you can plant them. I just want my money back and someone to collect that stuff, as I am not wasting more money to send those plants back. I already paid more than 120 euro.

Dpd delivery company left my parcels outside the appartement block without me knowing. One of the trees ( orange tree) I ordered arrived badly damaged with broken branches, leafs and fallen fruits. The other ( olive tree) arrived so dried up with yellow leaves I needed to repot immediately.

the order takes a while to be process which is not stated in the delivery time, shipping was expensive and slow, plants arrived at the significantly smaller side of the size scale provided on the website. I would definitely not order again.

The photos on our website show you always a mature product photographed in summer period. After shipping delivery is about 4-5 working days weekend and bank holidays not included. we're in Holland and among the fastest and cheapest on the internet in this sector in the 22 countries where we ship, not to mention the 2-month growth guarantee.

Ordered 2 plants. Received 1 dead dry & in poor condition The second plant is also in poor condition and I doubt if it will survive. I will receive credit but would much prefer replacements.

Of the 2 plants we received photos, only one was damaged, so we refunded that one in accordance with our warranty. Once planted, you have a 2-month guarantee on the hydrangea ordered.

The plant was sick when it arrived. Full of brown spots. Trying to recover it with neem oil treatment now. The rest of the products were fine.

Plants grown outside can sometimes have spots - not a disease, but the result of wind, rain or sun. In nature, plants with immaculate foliage do not exist. Removing the leaves is more effective than treating them, because it's useless: once removed, new leaves will develop.

This was a €40 gift for a new home. Had I known it would be sooo much smaller than pictured I would have bought flowers. No not impressed with the sales technique ;( I did write to customer service but no response yet, instead I'm asked to write a review....

The photos on our website show you always a mature product photographed in summer period. Don't worry, buddleia can grow 30 to 40 cm per season. They're hardy shrubs that make great butterfly magnets.

After shiping delivery to Ireland is about 4-5 working days weekend and bank holidays not included. We were closed on April 27/04/2023, a holiday celebrating the King of Holland's birthday as indicated on our website. Your order with hyacinth arrived today 02/05/2023.
