Easy to use website/costly to make changes
Easy to use website, however, I made a mistake when booking, I booked Gdansk to Ustka instead of Ustka to Gdansk and the penalty to make a change was quite expensive which was very disappointing to me. I believe that I should have been given a full credit and been allowed to use that credit to rebook the correct ticket.

Inconvenience with luggage
Unfortunately, the cars in EC trains are very inconvenient for people with large/heavy luggage. It is always a problem to lift it on top. And if I am unable to do so, I have to ask other passengers to help, or worse - leave the luggage in pass ways.
