I completed the online course Korean Lashlift, very clearly explained. What I miss a bit is a section to ask questions, for example, and a step-by-step plan on paper, but of course, you can also create those yourself after watching the video. I was allowed to perform the treatment on a model and the result is really beautiful and fantastic, and of course, I did it all myself.

I am extremely satisfied with the products from Mrs. Highbrow! The products are pleasant to use, work well, and provide a nice and professional result. I especially find the quality very good, and I notice that working with them is becoming easier and more enjoyable. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who works professionally with eyebrows!

I’m always satisfied with this brand and the quality of the products I purchase even though the prices keep going up.\nHowever, I was disappointed that the two PowerStain products I received as a gift expire in just one month.\nConsidering the value of my order, I expected the gifts to have a reasonable shelf life. With such a short expiration date, they didn’t really feel like a usable or meaningful gift.

I really enjoy working with the products of Mrs. Highbrow and I am thoroughly impressed. The henna particularly convinces me with its beautiful shades and the natural, even results. The application is uncomplicated, and the durability is really very good. The eyebrows look defined, yet natural. The PMU pigments especially impress me with their high quality and color stability. They are excellent to process and implant. The healed results look natural and retain their beautiful color without turning grey or acquiring unwanted nuances. The color selection is excellent and offers the right shade for every skin type and customer. For me, both the henna and the PMU pigments from Mrs. Highbrow are a clear recommendation!

Here is feedback built on nearly a year of use, on various skins and seasons.\n\nWhat I appreciate: a European brand, created by women for professionals, vegan formulations, free from sulfates and parabens, not tested on animals. That's why I continue to work with you.\n\nPoints for improvement:\n– Step 1 lash lift: texture too liquid, risk of running into the eye, regardless of the technique.\n– Liquid glue: dries too fast, a quarter of the bottle remains unusable.\n– Brow fixing gel: flakes and leaves white residue. Very negative feedback from my clients.\n– Coloring: frequent skin reactions upon contact with the skin, even in small quantities, making waxing difficult afterward.\n– Pads: permanently discolor, lack clear visual effect.\n– Brow oil: very good, but the pipette is not suitable for application.\n– Makeup: too limited range and qualitatively lacking (textures too greasy or too dry, difficult to blend).\n\nCommunication: an instruction booklet with each product (application time, dosage, precautions) would be very useful. Each brand has its specifications, and only the lifting benefits from this today.\n\nCustomer relations: sliding scale discounts exist for resale, but nothing on service products, and no loyalty rewards (vouchers, gift cards, occasional discounts).\n\nWhat I would love to see: well-formulated concealers, mascaras, pencils — everything revolves around the eyes — easier-to-apply care products, and a lash growth serum, in high demand in the salon.\n\nIt would also be nice to have client gifts in the brand's colors (samples, mini-formats) to offer in the salon, as major brands do.
