They sold me an item which was actually out of stock, then sent me a fraudulent version of the same item, not officially sold on their website, so much so that it was even painted to look similar. The fraudulent item had core material replacement, certainly not safe to use for its intended use case as a sparring equipment. After I revealed their attempt, they wanted to remedy it by giving me a %15 discount on my next purchase - or return for full refund, which completely diregards their fraud attempt and does not compensate me for my lost time and terrible experience. Think of it like, they sent me a currywurst instead of a sports equipment, and now want their currywurst back to refund me. Their customer service representative was not rude though, makes it better than a zero star.
