Lack of any order information
Well, an order placed, paid and confirmed on August 31, today - Sept. 14 is still not delivered.
What is worst, nobody from your help desk , cannot say where the order is, neither if it is sent to me at all, even after 3 telephone calls. Not to mention that on email sent to you with inquiry for clarification, nobody answer ( and it is supposed that you replay to e-mails in 48 hours, at least that is declared on your web-site).
So, yes - it is a shame....
