Very good service and quality. However, there seems to be a quality issue with the Opinel no. 12 knifes I recently received. The edges were black and burred. I have removed the burr. I have not experienced this issue on any of my other Opinels.

Your site would not allow use of my American credit cards, I had to use pay pal, which is less acceptable to me. Perhaps it is because there is no place to put in a postal zip code, which is required when using an American credit card. Also I do not understand or speak Danish, and had to ask the recipient of my gift to translate for me.
