Their site is uncomplicated and user friendly. Yamazaki was also quick to get back to me on my inquiry regarding the delivery date with needed accurate information. Furthermore, their delivery was contracted to the Austrian Post which would have possibly costed them more but definitely a lot more reliable! Satisfying, happy shopping experience!
It would be nice to actually receive my order. I am told it's very busy so things are delayed. OK, but please don't then keep sending emails advertising your wares. I am very unlikely to place another order if you can't fulfil the first one
Hello I bought TOWER 2-Tiered Shelf With Wooden Top an excellent product, minimalist and functional for my needs. Easy to assemble and very stable. Only advice, as well as black or white ... I would have liked a few more colors.
