I ordered 3 items, the magnetic knife holder, the coffee filter case and the film hook self-adhesive hook rail. I like all the items, but had a tricky time fixing the hook rail on the wall as you need to place the self-adhesive stickers exactly, even if the distance is just 1–2 mm too wide, the rail won’t fit into place. I also was a but surprised that the stickers are slightly larger than the rail and are therefore visible; this could be improved aesthetically. But other than that, it looks great and stays in place well!

I love to browse around in the online shop and look at the new arrivals from time to time. The order process is as smooth as it can get and I’n always satisfied with the products. The one time I did have a problem, the customer service was very good. 👍🏾

It’s light and perfectly fits in the corner next to the toilet. I’m happy with the shopping.

The products are great and the customer service was excellent and very sustainable. One of the products I ordered was a foldable indoor drying rack. The stand was damaged due to transportation and unlike many other company that replaced the entire products in such a case, Yamazaki sent me only the damaged part. This way, I did not have to send the entire box back to them and I found it very sustainable. The rack can be very small when folded and I could place it in a corner of the living room next to previously purchased plant stands. I am also happy with the tray stand. I could store my new chopping boards there nicely.

The order process was perfect, but the product was too pricy, compared to the quality.

I don't question the quality and functionality of the products that I consider excellent but I consider the shipping methods unacceptable. I placed an order for 5 items on 1/12/25. I received an e-mail on 8/12/25 where they inform me that the order has been shipped in 3 packages for delivery. Well, on Monday 15/12/25 I receive a package, so I wrote an e-mail to customer service to ask for information on where the other two packages were (since all three left together!) and the answer was that I had received a partial delivery and soon I would also receive the other missing packages. On Saturday 20/12/25 I receive the second package and, currently, I am still waiting to receive the third package. I'm really upset also because on the website it says that the estimated delivery times are 3-6 working days and in this case, we are far beyond
