Everything was just perfect from beginning to end! I was a bit worried at first because I never ordered furniture from abroad , not to mention never visiting the store itself but Martina was incredible! So so so helpful, professional, responsive, honest (not to mention giving us the best price of all the stores I started the bidding with). We emailed back and forth for months (!) before I finally made up my mind what I wanted but she never failed to answer politely and promptly. The goods arrived the warehouse in perfect condition and from there arrived Israel and we're assembled. I have no doubt I will purchase from the store in the future. If I could give the experience more than 5 stars I would!

I bought a Porada table with custom dimensions for shipping to the UK, and Martina was responsive, helpful and courteous throughout the process. While the table took extra time to be delivered due to the manufacturer’s annual holiday and a problem with the manufacturer sending the wrong size (which was not Mobilificio Marchese’s fault), Martina was very professional and fixed any issues as soon as possible. In the end, the table exceeded my expectations, and I got a custom piece that I could not find in any UK stores. I recommend this honest and professional company.
