Nightmare
UPS - nightmare. I had to chase my delivery at customs border, after that my delivery was rescheduled 5 times, I missed one delivery as it say “end of day” and following I received a message “sorry we’ve missed you” at 9:20am
You can’t get any information from a call centre as it some were in Asia and they have no access to current status of parcel
After a week of nerve racking near to “police investigation “ I discovered where the parcel was in “held hostage “.
I took a cab, payed at front desk and got it myself
Angel how about DHL or DpD? They are none of that and I just finished refurbishment of the house. Imported plenty of goods and had NONE of that.

Notification from UPS that my Angel juicer was due to be delivered on the 18/03/2022. NO delivery took place , I contacted UPS who stated the item had been returned to the shipper as no customs documents were filled out.
Today the 21/03/2022 I receive notification from UPS that a £281 custom charge is due. Importing to the UK.
I have already paid £1,194 and £35 non sterling credit card fee
brings the total spent to £1490
You do expect to pay some custom fees but this is ridiculous and why were the documents not completed on the outset.

I like that they give me good stuff to a good Price, and they packed my Big package so professionel with No waste and everything was safe. And they really fast delivery.
I Got some papers in the box for a healthy juice with carrot and seeds….you can do better and please let us know where to buy safflower seed and evening primrose seed :-)

I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Because Uk is out of the EU, import duties have to be paid, but no VAT has to be paid. Hopefully we will see you again on our website.
