I have some issue with a 2nd juicer that I bought. I appreciate a lot the fact that the technical department was willing to evaluate based on my photos and videos what could the problem be. Secondly, I have ordered some spare parts, plastic bushing. It was better to order another kit. My plan was to return the first parts and order the better kit. Because of a long delay it was thought that the package got lost. The refund was done very fast. Few days later I still got the parts. I want it to return the parts but I was told that I could keep them. Meanwhile I ordered the other kit too.

I am absolutely thrilled and impressed with the quality of the juice and how efficiently this machine extracts every single drop from the ingredients. To give you an idea of how effective the Angel Juicer 5500 is, here is an example from my daily routine: from just 1 medium-sized apple, 80g of spinach, 1/4 of a green bell pepper, 2 celery stalks, and a bit of cabbage, I managed to get 2.5 cups of juice! That is an amazing yield. I highly recommend it. Pros: Solid build quality: Made entirely of premium stainless steel, which feels very durable and high-end. Maximum juice yield: The leftover pulp comes out completely dry. Great with greens: Extracting juice from wild herbs and leafy greens is extremely effective. Easy assembly: Putting the machine together is quick and straightforward. Less mess: Cleaning up is much easier, and it leaves way less mess in the sink compared to other juicers I’ve used. Cons: Prep time: Bulky vegetables like beets or carrots need to be chopped into quite small pieces and require a bit of patience when feeding them into the machine. Heavy parts: During washing, the twin gears can sometimes be tricky to pull out. You need to be careful because they are heavy and could damage the sink if dropped. Juice container fit: The juice container is a bit awkward to remove; I usually have to lift the front of the juicer slightly to slide it out. Overall, despite the minor inconveniences, the performance and juice quality make it worth every penny!

It gives signifigantly more juice per same amount of fruit and vegetables compered to juicer I previously used

Second time I´ve bought small parts to my Angel 5500, and everything has gone according to plan.

Quick delivery, fair price

The juicer works great for leaves, but it's not the same for root vegetables. I don't know what the secret is, maybe they have to be cut very finely. I haven't tried soft fruits, such as apricots or peaches yet.
