Review summary
Many customers praise the fast delivery, secure packaging, and the wide range of available parts, including rare or specific items for various appliances. The parts are frequently reported to fit perfectly and match descriptions, which helps ensure successful repairs. Most customers find the website easy to navigate and intuitive, and they appreciate the helpful and responsive customer support and communication. However, some customers have experienced delivery delays or mismatched delivery times compared to what was advertised, as well as mixed experiences with couriers and local delivery partners. While packaging is generally secure, a few customers suggest improvements or more eco-friendly options. Pricing receives mixed feedback, with some finding costs too high. There are also occasional reports of language barriers or impersonal replies from customer service, and a few customers note that the website's search or order process could be improved.

The spare part i was looking for was well described with pictures, delivery in Bulgaria was fine. If i need other spare parts in the future allowing me to repair instead of throwing away, i will definitely find out if fixpart has the spare parts and reorder from them if pricing is reasonable, because i know that i willl be delivered well from Holland or Germany to Bulgaria.

The part ordered was intact and it was brand original new. Meaning the assembly is genuine and is effectively applied! Now I got a working brand new vacuum cleaner. What can you do better, you already did.
I am content, thank you!

The person fitting our Ikea dishwasher door managed to break some very particular metal fitting and it turned out Ikea doesn’t sell spares. It took ages to find a solution but then we found this company that seems to have kits with parts for literally everything. Very fast delivery.

Acceptable, but I’d not recommend
The good part: It’s easy to find the needed part and the assortment is really wide.
The bad part: The products’ prices are ridiculously high. Also the shipment is misleading - I paid for DHL, got the shipment through the BG Post. It’s not about the cost, but BG Post are slower and I must pick up the package from their office i.e. 1 hours wasted for visiting the post office.
All in all - I will not use FixPart if I have other option.

Recommended! Exceeded my expectations.
First-time purchase here and I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was great: fast delivery and a genuine product at a great price. I now have it bookmarked for my future purchases.

Gorenje.
Gorenje.

Door guide Beko, exact fit
Ordered door guide for our Beko fridge as it broke after some use. The part was exact replacement, seems like OEM part, so fitting was easy. The delivery took only 5-6 days so very grateful for the overall service.

The response was quick, but at times it seemed like an AI agent was replying instead of a real person. My questions weren't answered clearly. I asked in English but received replies in Bulgarian, so I had to translate each time. Overall, I'm very satisfied, especially since I got the part.

Very useful site
We managed to find exact parts for our old washing machine and they fit perfectly.
Other than that I put my address in Cyrillic and they couldn’t put it correctly, i had to readdress it.
