Many customers praise the fast delivery, secure packaging, and the wide range of available parts, including rare or specific items for various appliances. The parts are frequently reported to fit perfectly and match descriptions, which helps ensure successful repairs. Most customers find the website easy to navigate and intuitive, and they appreciate the helpful and responsive customer support and communication.
However, some customers have experienced delivery delays or mismatched delivery times compared to what was advertised, as well as mixed experiences with couriers and local delivery partners. While packaging is generally secure, a few customers suggest improvements or more eco-friendly options. Pricing receives mixed feedback, with some finding costs too high. There are also occasional reports of language barriers or impersonal replies from customer service, and a few customers note that the website's search or order process could be improved.

I ordered a part for my blender - a glass jug. Unfortunately when it arrived it was shattered into small pieces. I contacted the company and a replacement was sent to me right away. They were very helpful and very nice. Brilliant customer service. I appreciate it. And I highly recommend this company.

The delivery it’s not good. UPS is great but unfortunately work with InTime in Bulgaria that are terrible. They slows down the deliveries, make many mistakes with the packages. I recommend if you using multiple carries like DHL also for example.

The order was ok
The order was great, just two things that I didn't like fully was that it said my order will arrive in 3 to 5 days but it took longer, and the next thing is that my order should have arrived at my home address but it arrived in the post office, so I had to find time to go there and pick it myself (both things are minor). As overall my order was ok. Thanks
