The delivery it’s not good. UPS is great but unfortunately work with InTime in Bulgaria that are terrible. They slows down the deliveries, make many mistakes with the packages. I recommend if you using multiple carries like DHL also for example.

Харесва ме че има резервни части за всякъкви домакински електроуреди и че пристигат в рамките на седмица. За съжаление цените са малко стряскащи и ако трябва да купиш 2 или 3 резервни части за един електроуред - цената става съизмерима с нов уред.

Доставката до различните страни е прекалено бавна! В сайта пише от 4 до 6 работни дни но за да стигне до България минаха двойно работни дни... Иначе сайта е супер има доста неща чак по едно време с тази доставка почнах до се замислям дали е истина и дали ще дойде поръчката... :) Бях поръчала лагери за пералня с горно отваряне станаха и пералнята вече работи.

Всичко което поръчах го получих но не разбрах защо при поръчка под един номер с два артикула , аз ги получих с два различни доставчика . Не съм доволен от доставчика интерлогистика . Не отговарят на телефоните , а отговорите по имейл са завоалирани и неточни . Два поредни дни ми обещават да ми донесат единия артикул и никой не идва . Дори не си правят труда да се обадят че няма да дойдат за да не седя и да ги чакам . Наложи се аз да ходя в техен офис за да си взема пратката . Доволен съм от Спиди които бързо и точно ми предоставяха информация за пратката ми с втория артикул . Определиха дата и час за доставка и бяха супер точни . Другото което не разбрах е защо фикс парт дават от 4-6 дни за получаване а в действителност изминаха 20 дни . Има още над какво да поработят . Иначе каквото поръчах това и получил без дефекти .от това съм доволен .

Exellent description of items. A several hours after I placed my order, I found another thing that I want, but there haven't an option to add that item to my order. I had to place another (different) order with new delivery cost.

Purchase order, delivery, and packaging were all good. I submitted a return request because I ordered a click‑type sealing with a channel, but the refrigerator I received uses taped sealing instead, which does not match the model I purchased.
