-Sound:
The lows are full and rich, bass is strong without thumping or booming.
The highs could be a bit crisper, especially voices (in music) sound a bit muffled almost.
Mids seem to lack a bit too.
Volume: my 64 ohm Sennheiser doesn't play as loud as I want so I chose the 32 ohm version of the DT770 Pro for more volume (less resistance). And also because I want to be able to use it with my cell phone on a decent volume.
The DT770 Pro 32 ohm seems to offer a bit more volume but not a whole lot more. I had expected it to go louder than it does.
So an improvement just not a huge one.
-Comfort: fit on the head is good, I don't get the feeling the set wil slip off my (bald) head. The pressure on the ears/head is exactly right: not too loose not too tight.
The size of the earpads is where it all goes wrong. I am by no means Dumbo the flying elephant but the earpads on the DT770 Pro are way too small for my ears. I really have to stuff my ears into the earpads with my fingers.
Had I tried these earphones on in a shop I would not have bought them, for that reason alone.
All in all a pretty good set for listening to music. Especially with psybient and other electronic music (with no singing). The lows of these headphones seem to be made for those genres of music, amost.
If you mainly play songs with voices/singing there are better choices out there.

I placed an order without realising my address (on PayPal) hadn’t changed yet, as I have recently moved to another city. After contacting support, I was told that changing the address order was impossible. I then asked whether I could just simply cancel the order, which was also not possible, even though the order hadn’t been sent out yet. I was then also told to try to get DHL to change my delivery address, which – you guessed it – was also not possible. I get that it may be difficult to change an order that has already been processed or shipped to the courier service, but this all happened several days before I even got confirmation that DHL was going to ship my package. Now I’m stuck trying to get a hold of a package of which I have no idea who got it, in a place where I never come anymore. It’s just a massive waste of time and potentially money and could have simply been avoided by allowing me to cancel my initial order (that hadn’t even been shipped yet at that point).

Very Good quality/price ratio
I love the sound quality, very detailed. And it is also very comfortable to wear.
I noticed the cord is not detachable, I see now in the FAQ that the "PRO-X" model has detachable cord, but I didn't have clear the "PRO" and "PRO-X" difference in the lineup when purchasing. But maybe this is not very important, I hope the cord will be replaceable with some intervention, should it wear out with time.

Very good build quality, quick delivery.
The sound of the headphones really needs headphone EQ to make it more linear. Before EQ I was a little disappointed with the sound.

For some reason there was a label stuck on the branch of my headphones on the right side and when I wanted to readjust that one, it got stuck inside the headphones, the two jacks for the microphone and the headphones were enough dirty, I had to push the jack very hard in the headphones to make the microphone work and I think that's all, the headphones work very very well the sound is impeccable the microphone almost as good as the microphone stand that I had before ( sorry if there is some mispealing)

The DT770 pros are massively good and I think at less than 150€ they are serving the consumer more than right.
I wish the cable was more firm or removable incase it breaks 😕 but other than that, they are of great professional sound and comfort.

I am happy with the product. The only thing is I think the cushions are a bit too hard. To moderate, maybe it gets softer and more comfortable with time.

there’s unfortunately a dent on the left lower corner of the box, the product itself is extraordinary and no doubt a piece of art, so it’s a bit sad to see the box that contains the art got damaged.

Great headphones but my son is desapointed about the DT 770 PRO compare the DT 990 PRO I have. His cable is straight and ears foam is not the same as well what we did not really seen when we pass the order. I do not know if we could exchange it with the DT 990 PRO. It was the same price.

Pro: The website is very well designed. The informations are found easily.

Ne dite plus que le produit est livrable en 3 ou 4 jours ouvrables après collecte. Chez moi, entre le jours de ma commande et le jour de réception, cela a pris huit jours complets. Dites plutôt qu'il faut compter entre 2 et 3 jours ouvrables avant qu'il ne quitte vos magasins, à quoi il faut ajouter un délai de 4 à 5 jours ouvrables, pour qu'il arrive à destination.

i love that i was able to refurbish my DT770 in a matter of days after the cable broke
its a bit expensive to pay around 20 euros for a simple coiled cable but the fact that Beyerdynamic provides this option is great
