I've never fasted before, so I had a bit of respect for it. How will I feel, what is happening in my body, but I was happy to embark on this type of experiment. In the beginning, for the first 3-4 days, I had very strong side effects, consisting of headaches, muscle pain and severe tiredness, but then it got better and better. After Day 5 began the time when I started eating slowly and in small portions again. It was so good for me that I was full of energy and wished I could have continued for a few more days. Of course, that would not have been good - or rather it is generally not healthy for our body to only eat a deficit, but I have realized for myself that I very much prefer the ketogenic diet because it makes me generally more vital and healthier feel. So I continued this type of diet. I don't rule out repeating this kind of fast again this year.
Hello. I begin saying that I am very happy with the products and the packaging. However, I have paid a quite high delivery fee (the highest in my life) and the delivery company DHL did not bring it to my home, with the excuse that I was not there when they rang. We have a concierge at home from 9 to 2 and 5 to 9pm and he always takes our packages. If he is not there I have always been called on the phone to see when or how to meet or if it can be delivered to any neighbour.
Therefore, I had to walk 15 minutes up a road (when there is another office in my VERY street, Clara del Rey 22). The shop I had to go closes from 2 to 4 (extremely rare in these cases) so I had to come back later. The package was quite big and 12 kilograms so I had to take a taxi back home (6,40 euros) and waste almost three hours in all that process. So I am not very happy at all in an experience that could have been simply fantastic. Please change delivery system.
Apart from that, happy with the products, but I am not sure if I would recommend the extra time and expense.

Je reste perplexe sur le suivi : il n'existe pas de contact direct c'est décevant, les mesures transmises ne sont commentées, les vidéo sont sous-titrées et pas en français et sont générales. La consegna da parte di FEDEX in Italia è avvenuta senza problemi. I prodotti, soprattutto la zuppa di pomodoro, erano deliziosi. Sono riuscito a entrare in chetosi già il secondo giorno. Molto soddisfatto!

Jars broken twice
Sadly, one of the jars was broken, and its contents spilled. I was surprised to see how badly damaged this jar arrived, resulting not only in the loss of its contents but also causing oily stains on the rest of the order.
Definitely, there is a need for improvement in how products are protected in your packaging. It is evident that FedEx does not prioritize the integrity of the items they transport. Furthermore, it is quite inconvenient to encounter the same situation twice. It is certainly not an enjoyable experience.
Experience with the 5-Day Fasting Box:
I personally liked the fasting box. The delivery process was smooth and convenient, which was a big plus for maintaining a work-life balance.
One of the standout features for me was receiving daily emails with instructions on how to prepare for each fasting day. These emails provided valuable guidance and made the fasting experience much more manageable.

Next level fasting for home
Fasting with the box is very practical for home. I enjoyed it very much. I could easily integrate fasting into everyday life and continue to do my office activities. I was even able to do light sports sessions. The fasting box is absolutely recommended and if you have any questions or uncertainties, the support team is always available to help you.
