Ordering process

I have ordered many puzzles from puzzleYou and recommend them to everyone. They are very fast with the puzzles, have great customer service and I do like their software that checks your photo resolution. Great company!!

Have in the past ordered 7 puzzles from “puzzle you” . They were located in Germany and had no problems with anything. I noticed the puzzle I ordered from your company that the box with picture are very similar to the company in Germany. Don’t know if their is a connection, but I have no problem with my purchase.

Everyone I've given these puzzles to is VERY happy. Also, they are done and shipped even sooner than promised. Others promise a date (Like Amazon) and then later say, oh sorry, this has been delayed !!!

I am having a hard time completing the puzzle because it has too many brown and black pieces. Is it possible to re order the puzzle and you send it in panels?

The service was amazing, along with the email progress reports through it all. My photo's proportions were different than your puzzle formats, so part of it was cropped. I didn't realize it until I received the finished product. Maybe something to highlight the automatic cropping would be nice.
