Erstklassiger Service und extrem schnell – absolute Empfehlung!
Ich war für meine PV-Anlage auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen Lieferanten und habe verschiedene Online-Shops um ein Angebot gebeten. Die Antwortzeiten waren sehr unterschiedlich, aber mg-solar war mit Abstand am schnellsten.
Um noch ein paar Details zu klären, habe ich kurz angerufen. Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht: Kein langes Warten in der Schleife (was ich von der Konkurrenz mit teils 30 Minuten Wartezeit leider anders kenne), sondern ich hatte direkt jemanden am Telefon, der mir kompetent weiterhelfen konnte. Das hat sofort Vertrauen aufgebaut.
Ich habe das Angebot also direkt angenommen und bezahlt. Obwohl mir am Telefon gesagt wurde, dass die Module erst ab dem 20.02. wieder lieferbar seien (bestellt am 09.02.), kam die Versandbestätigung überraschend schon am 12.02. – wirklich top!
Am 16.02. wurden die 52 Module samt Unterkonstruktion geliefert. Alles war sauber verpackt, wobei ich einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe: Die zusätzlichen 52 Module wurden auf eine Palette gepackt, was diese extrem schwer machte. Die Spedition hatte Mühe, sie mit dem Hubwagen aus dem LKW zu bekommen, wodurch leider das äußerste Modul beschädigt wurde.
Aber auch hier zeigte sich die Klasse von mg-solar: Ich habe den Schaden direkt gemeldet und bekomme schon morgen ein Ersatzmodul geliefert. Reibungsloser geht es kaum!
Fazit: Preis-Leistung und Service sind absolut spitze. Ich kann den Shop wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
