Great personel with great social skills; very very nice in their approach to the client! Amazing experiencing this here in Sweden where normally all the boutiques personel are very nasty, very harsh, very everything because they get their wages and they don't really care about the customer (this applies not only to places selling clothes; it applies to almost any area whether is food, home appliances, etc. You na, it!
So the very few times I've been to the store in Malmö at the triangelns shopping center IT HAS BEEN A TRUE PLEASURE getting such a professional yet very kind treatment as a customer! I still am amazed they haven't starting behaving the Malmo/ Swedish way! Hope they never do that!

I went to get my pick ip products in the shop. The girl who worked told me i could change some items if I wanted to. I started picking out new stuff. The girl in the shop was too helpful and was stressing me out so that I had a panic attack. I told her to please slow down with all the "helpful questions" but she just gave me more advice so I could not relax. It was in farsta centrum shopping mall. In the end when i changed my items she then told me that i had to pay more because I had ordered from the sale on the website and in the shop was not on sale. She told me she tried to explain this in her stressful conversation with me when i arrived but I do not recognize her informing me on this. I ended up changing back everything to my ordinary order and also had to pay the re-buy in the shop which I didnt even have money for, why I choose to shop by Klarna from the beginning. Got really disappointed and stressed because of this. Not fun.
I have tried to contact Hunkemöller's customer support for now 6 days without any contact. Started sending a mail which is automatically replied on stating that they will get back to me "... as soon as possible and not later than 24 hours" but without any response. I have than tried the number +46 2079 6151 multiple (+8x) times during these 6 days without getting to any contact at all.

Custom service is a joke and I’ve been chasing you for days on end without response. Chat is a joke, phone no answer and email no answer. Feels like an insta ad scam.

The package.
I picked up my order in the shop, and I didn't get the luxury feeling i get when i shop in the store. The package was not at all nice.
