Review summary
Customers consistently praise the high product quality, with many noting the superior materials, finish, and attractive appearance. The vibrant design and patterns are well received, often exceeding expectations and enhancing living spaces. Delivery is generally fast and reliable, with careful packaging appreciated for protecting items. Customer service stands out as responsive, helpful, and professional, especially when addressing issues or processing refunds. The ordering process is simple, and clear instructions make installation accessible even for first-time users. Some areas for improvement include occasional color discrepancies or material thinness that differ from online representations. While packaging is usually effective, there are occasional reports of damage or insufficient protection for fragile items. A few customers experience delivery delays or issues with couriers. Additionally, some users would appreciate more detailed instructions or specific information regarding installation and included materials.

Happy with my order
The package arrived well at its destination.
Well packed with the right materials.
For my part, only the wallpaper needs to be put up and wait over time.
The only downside was that the carrier did not respect the delivery change.
The package was found in my garden.

Thank you very much for your positive review!
We hope you will be just as happy with your wallpaper once it is up.
We regret that the carrier did not adhere to the desired delivery date. Unfortunately, we have no direct influence over this.
Luckily, your package arrived in good condition and without any damage :)

The non-woven wallpaper is quite thick. It applies well. However, the printing is a bit light. Everything is mixed up, the light gray and the white of the circles (not white enough) and also the staircase are not well defined. It does not stand out. In the photos shown on the internet, it is not as spectacular.

Printing defect on wallpaper
The wallpaper I received was badly printed. I contacted Bimago's customer service and they offered to reprint the wallpaper. I received a new wallpaper that was correct very quickly. I thank Bimago and recommend the site without hesitation.

Beautiful reproduction, but canvas loose in one corner
I received my reproduced canvas delivered by the carrier. The package was in good condition and the overall appearance is very nice.
However, I am slightly disappointed because the canvas is a bit loose in the lower right corner.
It's a shame because the rest of the painting is of good quality.
I hope that customer service can offer a solution to remedy this.

Used for theater, they have a nice effect and allowed us to create a modular set with variable entrances. Nice stability.
The storm at sea was very impressive.
Attention, the fabric is fragile and deforms if not handled carefully. You often have to smooth it by hand.
The design is beautiful, precise and refined: 'it feels cozy', a group of students told me.
Really a great purchase.

Hello, everything was just right for me.\nI had an idea, entered it in search, spoilt for choice, but found something according to my idea, cart, checkout and after 3 days it was there. It's hanging on the wall and I'm happy.

Quality to recommend
In principle, the quality is very good. Unfortunately, GLS broke our canvas during transport, so it arrived useless. However, bimago's reaction was quick and very customer-friendly.
In short, the supplier is highly recommended, but I would suggest reconsidering whether the canvases should continue to be shipped with GLS or if they should perhaps be better packaged.

Unacceptable Delivery
The product meets my expectations except that the delivery was chaotic: FedEx claimed to have stopped by while I was at home, there was no notice in my mailbox, then the delivery was scheduled for a pickup point but I never received a withdrawal date. And in the end, I found my indoor screen in my yard, thrown over my gate, with no concern for the box or my garden furniture and light fixture, the box was smashed and the canvas was perforated. I neither have the courage nor the time to file a complaint with FedEx who doesn’t respond anyway. So I taped the hole in my canvas which will still be visible depending on the lighting in my room. Change the delivery partner. FedEx is pathetic.

Very beautiful and good service
Since I was coming from far away, I was a little worried about the delivery. And everything worked out great, I received it at home on the day they had indicated and quite quickly.
The screen is beautiful, the design, the material, and it is very well made.
It fits my needs perfectly. ☺️

Very good quality and nice design
Very good quality and a design that we really like. Shipping and packaging were also top-notch. Unfortunately, there was no information about the included wallpaper paste - neither instructions nor quantities for the additional water. In some reviews, it was already mentioned that the glue becomes too thick quickly. Therefore, we decided to use non-woven wallpaper paste from the hardware store instead. With that, everything worked smoothly. A short note on the glue bag about how to prepare the paste would have been really very helpful.

A beautiful screen.
I received a very beautiful screen, true to the presentation on the internet, and of good quality.
The delivery dates were well respected.
However, the delivery was made at the bottom of the building... the planned tip stayed upstairs...

superb, excellent rendering
The drawing is superb, the joints well placed, the shades sublime; however, at this price, the paper should be sponge washable. Fortunately, it's for a living room, so there's less risk of accidents.
I did a test on a small piece, as I wanted to choose another model for the dining area in the kitchen, too risky with young children.

I really liked the ability to choose the part of the panorama you want on narrow widths, the quick, careful delivery and the price. Minor downside, nothing serious: you can see your selection of the panorama in the zoom and in the cart, but only in a very small size, you can't enlarge your selection.

Customer Satisfaction is written in BIG letters here
I ordered a very bright, almost white picture. The stretcher frame is visible through the print. Customer service is very friendly and promptly responded to the misprint, so the issue could be resolved.

I liked having to provide the dimensions of the walls and receiving the paper without too much extra cost and with the instructions for use. The paper is easy to apply, and I love the result.

The mural was very well packaged and was delivered very quickly. The quality absolutely met my expectations. It is of high quality and looks very classy. I ordered the picture in 90 x 60 size and it fits perfectly over my bed. I can't comment on customer service as I didn't need it.
