Az előző megrendeléseim is a jelzett határidőre, és a feladatuk elvégzéséhez megfelelő, kiváló állapotban megérkeztek! Van viszont egy élő megrendelés, rendelésszám: 36000004286 tervezett szállítás:2023.06.20, kifizetett összeg: 123,72 € melyet a mai napig nem kaptam meg! I bought a set of panniers for £105, I waited for weeks before finding out they are sent from Germany, where the firm is based. I got an email saying the delivery was due so I stayed home all day...didn't arrive then the order status changed back to 'in transit'. Then Customs and Excise sent me a demand for £65 vat and import duties. I rang Motea after getting several emails in German, asking to cancel the order (I was going on holiday and needed panniers the next day!). They said they couldn't refund me until they got the package back to their base in Germany. After 21 days C&E sent the package back, another week later I got my refund.Motea have had this issue many times yet they did nothing to help, read their abysmal feedback!
