Made several purchases in this store, namely:
military sights brands Sig Sauer and Steiner.
Steiner is almost constantly in stock, superior products!
Purchases come quickly, communication with the buyer is at a high level.
Sig Sauer has to wait for the manufacturer to complete the order. At the same time, the store constantly maintains a "connection" with the buyer and explains at what stage of waiting we are and when to expect delivery.
This is an example of a great customer centric business.

I ordered and payed for mounts for my gun, then waited a couple of weeks as I got a receipt to say order was processed, an just to wait on email to confirm they were being shipped.
I then emailed to ask about shipment, to be told apologies item not in stock.
Still no word on when they might be in stock.
Nothing
