Your customer service is appalling. My daughter's Xmas gift was ordered on 14th Dec which by your delivery estimated time, allowed ample time for it to arrive for Xmas. I emailed to see what the problem was with no reply and emailed again after the new year so as the company had returned to work. I explained my daughter had nothing to open on Xmas day and this was the reply, info@brandfield.com Wed, Jan 4, 3:46 PM (19 hours ago) to me Dear Colette, Thank you for your message. According to the tracking, your package has been delivered on the 28th of December. Enjoy your purchase! Best Regards, Giulia Brandfield Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a customer service. No apology which is the least a company can offer. Never have I experienced such appalling customer service before. If this is how your staff are trained to deal with situations, it says a lot for the company.

My order was cancelled and I wasn't notified. When I rang 3 days before Christmas I was told that issue with payment but money was removed from my account on the same day of the purchase. Very poor service

I was very disappointed with the €100 surprise gift if you spend a certain amount not a hope I would wear them two bracelts that were sent to me so that was very disappointing.

Item still not received. First I got an email informing me about delays and they aim to ship my item that day. I got the shipping confirmation the day after. Then the delivery partner is very slow and I experience further delays. I am still waiting for my item and there is nothing else than delay all the way. No good customer experience so far.
