Very thorough results. Took a LONG time for the results due to being sent to UK - I had to trawl the website to find a mention of that, it should be prominent as many will assume the timeframe given is from when sample gets to NSW when that is not the case.
I purchased this particular kit for the prime purpose of being based in Australia. The reply paid address is in NSW, but it then gets sent to an undisclosed location in the UK. This process has taken over a month so far and still no sign of the whereabouts as there is also no tracking ability. Customer service is very generic - you will get the same response no matter what you send. Very disappointed with the service and a definite regretful purchase.
The test results were not accurate at all!
Things we knew we are actually intolerant too didn’t show and things that we aren’t intolerant too did show.

Our tests showed we had no digestive problems, yet we know we have, so how does that work. So this test was no good in identifying anyway to help with these problems.

Our digestive health testing is designed to identify imbalances in a select few enzymes and proteins.
However, this testing cannot diagnose digestive conditions.
