I highly recommend anyone who has tummy issues to do this test . My daughter has had constant problems with an upset stomach , she worked out lactose was a problem but was struggling to workout what else was the problem. Her son (11 years old ) ( my grandson) was having terrible problems with asthma and upper respiratory problems since he was born. So she decided to get them both tested . A very quick collection of approx 5 strands of hair each , with clear instructions where to send it and how to package . It gets sent to Sydney and then to the UK . approximately 4 weeks later a very in-depth report was emailed . As expected my daughter had a very high reading to lactose , also gluten, passion fruit, pineapple , soy and numerous other things . My grandson came back especially high with soy and soy sauce , which was really interesting because he’s been on soy milk all his life because he could tolerate cows milk . There was no sensitivity to cows milk at all . For the last 2 months he’s been on no soy products and touch wood his Asthma has really settled down . I’ve just sent off a test for myself , I’m interested to see what comes back with mine.

I took my results to my naturopath. She thought the information was too vague and not very useful for planning your diet. She was also interested to know what company runs these tests. There was very little info about the credibility of what you do. Yes there are lots of positive reviews, but when it comes down to science and affiliations there is very little evidence other than the company’s name.

My experience was quite good , I had read reviews prior to starting so I knew the results would take approx 4 weeks think I got them back in 3 so that was quite good. Some of my sensitivities were very random so I’m not sure if it was very accurate but I’m am cutting them all out and will see how I go over the next few months I was diagnosed with coeliac disease about 1.5 years ago and I noticed I was sensitive to a few gluten containing foods so that made sense Overall happy with my experience and found it interesting with the results I’d recommend to people like myself who are struggling with digestive issues and need help with eliminating foods

Am amazed at what I could be reacting to that I never knew about until I did the test. Since getting the results back & eliminating a lot of the things listed, have hardly had any allergy reactions in months & if I do have a reaction I now know what to look for. Highly recommend getting the testing done

Very happy.

I had make contact with customer service after a number of weeks of sending through my sample as I had not received any confirmation email to indicate my sample had been received. Despite this breakdown in communication, my results came through about a short time later, and the information was very interesting and explained some things that I had been seeking answers to. This information allowed me to make some changes to my diet and environment & I have noticed some improvements in the time since I implemented these changes. I am very glad to have done this.

I was annoyed at first I didn't know if my sample had been received after a month I used chat spoke to Alex he said my sample was received. I would have my results shortly. I explained That I had paid to have results fast tracked. He said not to worry he could see it o n my account. This further annoyed me why should I pay extra when did nit deliver on promised time frame. When I did get the results I was very happy as I had been struggling with a rash for a long time only to find out the hypo-allergenic skin sensitive wash shampoo etc. Had oats and i was 100% sensitive to oats. So thank you not annoyed anymore. Rash be gone. Happy days
