1) rely on another carrier --> DHL did a few mistakes during this delivery, but what I mostly report is its horrible German customer service: almost no English speakers, people contraddicting themselves and closing the phone in your face
2) communicate if additional costs might occur while sending abroad (I had to pay an additional VAT fee when the good came to Iceland and I was not aware of it).
Despite these external inconveniences, Skandix made what was possible for me to have a good experience

However, the shipping costs to France are a real downside. Over €20 for delivery is simply too expensive, especially when ordering smaller or lighter items. Because of this, I’ve started buying more and more from my local Volvo dealership, even though their customer service isn’t as friendly or efficient.
If Skandix could review their shipping fees for France, I’d definitely be a more frequent customer. For now, I’ll keep comparing prices and only order from them when the total cost makes sense
