Every time I rented a vehicle in Europe, especially in Italy or the UK, the car return was like having a colonoscopy. The return agent would carefully look for any new minor dent or scratch including bending down to observe the under carriage near the car bumpers. The same treatment occurs when you rent the cheapest vehicle in the USA. It does not occur when you return your leased car with Eurodrive. As long as you drove the lease with no major incident occuring. Again, you can not control the behavior of every tiny pebble bouncing around on the road surface nor the curb of a town/city built at just the exact height that it scratches the tire rim or bottom of a bumper. I lease (and rent in the rest of theworld) for peace of mind and the certainty of logical treatment when I return their vehicle after a normal vacation/work trip.

As an American Expat on a long stay visa in France, I was looking for an easy long term car rental that was affordable and included all the insurance coverage. Renault Eurodrive was exactly what I was looking for. Making the booking was easy and once all my documents were accepted, the booking was confirmed. I’m still waiting to pick up the car, but I’m certain that will go as planned based on all the pick up information that have provided.

We have leased cars with Eurodrive for several years. The customer service, the car coverage and how efficient everything works is far superior to any car rental experience. The only criticism that we know is a challenge is sometimes it is difficult to verify exactly what equipment will come standard on a particular vehicle.

What a great program concept. I can’t give a real review until after the experience is over. But using this program to help market your new models and familiarize visitors with Renault, is refreshing.

Top service, no surprises: you get the exact car you picked , new, insurance coverage is best. First time you have to find out where to be picked up at the airport, but overall similar time as if you had a regular rental car.

The représentative was waiting for me exactly where she said she would be. She answered all my questions. Walked me to the car and made sure I had no questions about the équipement.

Often a leased car is a better deal than a regular rental car, especially if one will be in multiple countries. We appreciate the savings and that EVERYTHING is included.
