Hello. We're sorry that you weren't completely satisfied with Ondilo. Regarding your parcel, we sent it on 20 June via Mondial relay. The parcel arrived at the chosen relay point on 25 June. On 6 July, the parcel was returned to us because it had not been collected from the relay point. Perhaps the e-mail sent by Mondial relay to tell you that the parcel was available fell into the spam folder. Our Support department will contact you to arrange a new shipment. The Ondilo team.
