Tyckte att en produkt som håller i knapt tvår och jag har haft flera som knappt hålt ett år. Fick endast 20 % rabatt på en produkt som borde fått grattis på garantin. jag har haft 6 st ICO under hålen. den sista var den som höll längst knappt två år. Det har ju varit batteri problem i alla. Dom har ju inte klarat av värmen i poolen. När produkten fungerar är den grym men kan ju inte säga till vänner o bekanta om den som den inte håller så länge och man får ju betala stort sätt fullt pris vid en ny.

De sonde is niet goedkoop maar werkt wel zeer goed. Zeer tevreden van de levering. ik had bij betaald voor een snelle levering. om welke reden dan ook moest ik toch een week wachten. op éénvoudig verzoek werd de meerkost direct terug betaald.

The device is fantastic and gives me very precise control over the quality of my pool water. I think you could improve your responses to questions which has been patchy at best so work to do here!!

A great product. Although I have had a few warranty failures over the years, the last failure was outside of the warranty, so I have purchased another new one. Even with the frustrations, it's still a whole lot more accurate and easier than using strips to test chemicals. I love this product.

Everything works fine. Device works well Support is quick to reply Only downside is the lifetime of the device, it only last's 1-1½ year. I have had 3 devices now.

God service, og ico er topp når den virker. Har slitt med ph sensor og fikk ny. Men den nye ser ut til å leve sitt eget liv. Den måler opp mot ph 8-9, hopper litt opp og ned. der strips viser at ph er 7-7.2 mulig den må kalibreres? Trodde de var kalibrert fra fabrikk.

Paid infull for 2 calibration kits for the smart water monitor and over a month later still not arrived. Ordered on 7th of August, now 6th of September with no update

After about 15 months in operation, my unit would not hold a charge. It had been operating fine up until then. I did some research online and a vast number of users complained of a similar issue. When I contacted Ondilo, they said the core unit was broken & beyond repair from what data they could see online & insinuated that I had not closed the lid properly after a charge or removed the sensors and not re-installed them properly . They did offer a paltry 15% discount on a new core unit but that was the extent of their customer service. I purchased the unit when I bought my hot tub. I had initially wanted an in line unit but the sales rep convinced me that the Ondilo unit was cheaper but produced the same outcome. I wish I had stuck to my original choice . 15 months operation is laughable. If anyone is considering a purchase, my recommendation is to stay well clear of this product . I will also be surprised if this review actually appears or if it will somehow be deleted. We will see.

Extremely poor. I have had three units in two years and the last one has just died. Customer service is slow to respond, if they bother at all.

Extremely slow response. Hard to get hold of. Started a ticket in May and still not resolved (September).

I am very disappointed with Ondilo’s handling of my warranty case. The warranty on previously replaced parts should have been renewed for another 2 years, but Ondilo refused to honor this. On top of that, the app recommended replacing a probe, which turned out to be completely unnecessary—the probe was not defective. The real issue was with the ICO unit. To get the device working again, I ended up spending almost as much as the cost of a new device. Ondilo only offered a 30% discount on one replacement part, which I consider insufficient. To be fair, the support team was at least responsive and provided answers within an acceptable timeframe, but overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing.

Ik heb een nieuwe PH sensor via jullie gekocht, maar deze werkt ook niet. Bij de kalibratie met de PH4 vloeistof geeft het systeem aan dat het 13 is. Dus nieuwe sensor werkt ook niet. Wat moet ik nu doen ? Kan ik sensor ergens gaan wisselen in een verkooppunt waar ze mij helpen? Ik zou graag ergens persoonlijk geholpen worden i.p.v via een formulier invullen of chatten .
