PROBLEM WITH RETURN PROCESS
I LOVE CHIE MIHARA SHOES AND THIS MONTH I ORDERED A SIZE 38.5 SHOE WHICH WAS DELIVERED QUICKLY. THE SHOE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT TOO BIG. I IMMEDIATELY ORDERED A SIZE 38 AND ACTIVATED THE RETURN OF THE SIZE 38.5 BUT SO FAR (ALMOST 10 DAYS LATER) i HAVE HAD NO CONTACT RE THE PROCESS OF RETURNING THEM - I NEED TO GET A CODE FROM THEM.
SO MY COMPLAINT IN NOT RE THE GREAT QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT BUT THE FAILURE TO ACTIVATE THE RETURN PROCESS.
