Honestly, I was almost missed as a customer. After seeing the most incredible initiative with the blanket and horse show treat drives, I was hooked on Chommies as a whole — hook, line, and sinker. I popped into the store on Wednesday to pick up my order and it was my first time inside. I was welcomed with warmth and humour by Obie (10/10 the handsomest pup, up there with my two rescues!) as well as the loveliest shop attendant. I’m sad to have missed her name! I bought an additional collar after seeing the sprawl of colourful gems inside. I can’t wait for my boys to don their uniquely South African, crafted-from-the-heart collars. 100% a show-stopper brand <3

Initially purchased your lovely collars and leads from Merchants on Long - then purchases from your shop and Oranjezicht Market earlier this year. Love your designs / colour combos - so had to order the new colour combo! Just waiting for the order to arrive with a friend in July. Please do the XS collars with the wrapped design (got them at Merchants) - smaller dogs are always being picked up and people can see / admire your artisan handiwork more clearly. Plus small dogs usually have a much more pampered lifestyle. Think the Poodle I have inherited from my mother has more matching collars / leads than the rest of all my family’s dogs have ever had in a lifetime!!

Big Chommies Fan Sure, it’s a bit more on the expensive end, but I see it as a spoil, a treat, or something special rather than an everyday expense. It’s a statement piece that catches the eye. A beautiful addition to any dog lover’s collection, and the quality really does make it feel worth it. You can tell a lot of care goes into the design and craftsmanship. Bandit gets compliments every time we go out with his on. What I also really like is that Chommies feels like more than just a pet brand. There’s a real sense of community around it, and you can tell people genuinely love being part of it.

I received a voucher for your site for my birthday, as I have been eyeing your phone pouches for a while now. I placed the order, and the next day ny order was already on its way! The pouch and lanyard are even more beautiful in real life than on the website, and I am loving how practical it is. Basically wearable art.

Our cavalier King Charles spaniel is nervous, but Susie made him comfortable in the shop immediately, and even moved a cute yorkie to another room so that he had the run of things. We loved the products and an exchange of a wrong sized lead was effortlessly handled. Such a great experience. Hope the lavender spray works😂

I live in NY and I’ve had my eye on the shongololo leash for a long time but the store in South Africa where I wanted to purchase it never had the exact length and type I wanted when I was visiting. This time I placed an online order to coincide with my trip and can now happily report that this leash is as stunning in person as it is on the website. My floof back in NY is going to be one snazzily kitted out pup!

The price is a bit steep, but the quality compensates for that. Not to mention the speed at which it was delivered. It was said to be delivered in 5-7 working days. It was delivered in 2. I am truly impressed!

We loved the precious collar so much, so when the stitching came undone we had to get a new one. Love this colour!
