Show Tech Saint Roch - best ever!
We first discovered the Show Tech Saint Roch rake at our vet's office. She used it to efficiently remove excess patches of hair from our British Shorthair. This rake is much better than many of the newer metal combs and brushes. Super satisfied! The ordering and delivery by Transgroom were also very smooth. Fortunately, there was a promotion running at the time, which gave us free shipping.

Snel antwoord op vragen. Helaas de geboden oplossing voor van het kapotte handvat van een recent aangekochte waterblazer laat nog steeds op zich wachten.
Communicatie gaat niet altijd goed.
Voor niets een dure waterblazer voor reparatie opgestuurd na telefonisch en mail contact waar geen onderdelen meer voor waren Dit was al bekend bij Transgroom
Ik kreeg nog wel de opmerking dat er nooit onderhoud was gepleegd aan de blazer wat niet waar was. Ik heb het maar zo gelaten .
De service is minder dan voorheen helaas.

Hallo Helma, bedankt voor je review. Het klopt dat je de CCS droger naar ons toegestuurd hebt waar wij helaas geen onderdelen meer voor hebben. Het spijt me. Deze droger noch de onderdelen worden niet meer gemaakt bij CCS dus we kunnen hier dan ook geen onderhoud/herstelling meer uitvoeren. Ik heb even gekeken in de mails maar vind niets terug in verband met het handvat van de recent aangekochte droger, ik veronderstel dat het over de Double K gaat. Ik wil je hier graag verder mee helpen. Kan je me de info sturen naar sabine@transgroom.com aub? Dan kijk ik voor een oplossing. Fijne dag.
