De afgelopen maand (Januari) 2x een bestelling gedaan, voor mijn poedel en mezelf natuurlijk 😉 want fijne producten werken fijn voor zowel het baasje als het beestje 😊 het was al een poosje geleden maar ik was blij verrast door de nieuwe website en vervoerder. De website werkt erg prettig en duidelijk en de vervoerder is top! De eerste keer heb ik een express zending gedaan omdat ik een nieuwe trimtafel nodig had en die had ik snel. De tweede bestelling was eigenlijk net zo snel. De artikelen waren netjes verpakt en ik kreeg er een leuk presentje bij. De eerste keer even gesproken met de klantenservice (chat) en ze waren uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En ik, of wij, zijn tevreden met de fijne producten. Tot de volgende keer, Transgroom.
So sadly my order was came defective during production, was not exactly like must be and not work properly also not cheap. I try contact seller and send 4 emails with photo but no one answered... I just recive today email ther will be another courier, but I don't know with what. Nothing explains realy upset.

For orders shipped to the U.S., our system automatically converts them to a quote to manually add the shipping costs. We sent you an email on April 8th at 9:42 AM from sabine@transgroom.com with the details and to confirm your order along with the shipping costs.

Prior to purchasing, I chatted with a, very friendly, transgroom representative. The price of the brush I ended up buying was not the cheapest internationally, but ok. The brush was promptly shipped, and I received it in good order. The quality of the brush is very good: my cat's coat looks better when groomed with this brush, than it did when groomed with my former brush. On the downside: shipping costs could have been cheaper, or even free shipping could have been offered.
