I bought already two lamps. I was really satisfied with the first one (wall slimpeace pure oak) and ordered a second one (empty box pure oak) for above the kitchen island.
It arrived well but when I opened it, I saw it was damaged on one side despite the very good protective packaging it was delivered on. I contacted customer service and a new lamp was delivered. All very efficient and a great service.
I love the wood as it adds a lot of warmth into our living space. Good value for money.

The light wasn't the same as on the website, the bracket at the back wasn't in the middle but about 2 thirds up the height of the light. We don't know which bulb we should buy for this light now because nothing fits. That said, the light itself is beautiful and good quality!

Hi Tamara,
The bracket is moved to the top from the center of the lamp so the light bulbs can be right in the middle of the lamp. That how it was designed .
If you have a look at the metal plate that hold all the electrics the place for the bar is off center but the plate that holds the bulbs is right in the middle when you place the metal bracket to the wooden bar.
Those lamps take G-9 light bulbs - You have it in the description and in the title of the product on the website you have placed the order, also there is a label on the packaging you have received where you can find the info about the light bulb and there is a mark next to the G-9 light bulb.
Those light bulbs are very common and available almost everywhere.

Total opak . Kommt kaum Licht aus der Leuchte
Kann nicht als Stiegenleuchte benutzt werden denn von unten rauf sieht man die Kabel . Zum wegwerfen als Leuchte obwohl es schönes Holz ist .
