Having wasted many hours searching every supplier of protective covers for outdoor furniture (yes! including Amazon) we finally found a round table cover that matched the diameter and height of our patio table - in the Netherlands! The quality of the material was far superior to that on offer in the few we examined in UK garden centres. After a few very wet days it showed it superiority; imperious to rain which simply ran off. The inflatable pillow to make the table surface into a dome was a brilliant idea. The delivery time was short, the price mirrored the quality, and we were able to track the parcel to the ferry crossing to UK. We will certainly use this supplier again for future needs.

Hi Liz, How annoying. This is unfortunately the risk of sending parcels outside the EU. IN 99% of our packages this goes well and without any costs and sometimes it happens unfortunately that customs charges customs clearance. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. And I ask for your understanding. You could also have refused the parcel, then it would have come back and we could possibly have resent it. You did not contact us about this. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it afterwards. However, I can offer you a goodwill discount on your next Raffles order. Please contact us in case you are interested. Hi Richard, I am sorry to see you are disappointed with us, you e-mailed us about the delivery of the package last Friday, I immediately answered. It is unfortunately out of our hands. We send the package on the 5.4. right after you ordered and paid for the cover. Because of the Brexit and the customs, it is taking longer than we or you expected. I am sorry for that. I hope the package will be delivered very soon. Furthermore, I put out a question to PostNL in hope it will help to push the delivery. That is all I can do. Gardenfurniturecovershop
