Top quality Raffles covers. Well designed eg heavy material and zip, slot for stick to aid putting on and removing parasol cover. Although the folding stick was missing from the first one I bought. Nice neutral colour. So pleased after buying 2 covers I bought more so it all matches - table cover, rotary clothes line cover, and parasol covers (I found the rotary clothes line cover was big enough for our 2 parasols). Measurements on website a bit misleading. When it says 16cm wide image this as one side of a square box. So when the clothes cover is laid flat it's 32cm.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and we’re really pleased with the Raffles Protective Cover for Complete Garden Furniture and Lounge Sets Measurements: 200 x 200. Love the fact that the furniture is all zipped up together as we previously had separate covers. It appears quite sturdy but time will tell. We were also sent a water shedding cushion which appears to be having effect!

Great supplier. We have bought two items from them and the quality is excellent and exactly as shown on the website. Easy to follow diagrams as to the sizing so as to order the right sizes means they do exactly as we were expecting. Also very smart fabrics and detailing and the pricing is very competitive. Very efficient ordering and quick dispatch so well done all round!

Simple to order, helped by clear images and description, great communication and quick delivery. Like- cover is great quality, 600d with reinforced seams Zip is full length which is essential for a tall parasol over 7’. Quality is evidenced in the anodised aluminium 3 part pole (which for a hidden pole is beautifully finished!)- love the stitched sleeve for the pole to fit in, even with the detail of the closure of that sleeve. The inserted pole is far superior to the telescopic rod that some competition offer, and makes lifting over and fitting on our 8’ cantilever parasol very easy. Zip is good quality and very smooth. Price whilst slightly more than alternatives on A*****, is very reasonable for what appears to be a quality item, even superior to the original supplied cover. Time will tell how durable. The only improvement would be some anti magpie chemical to stop nesting magpies pecking the tops off as they have done on all previous covers Great product, highly recommend

Greart covers, better and bigger than expected each with their own bag for storage when not in use. Sent really quickly, received within 48 hours. We have a 3 seater sofa, rising table and 2 chairs with stools. Decided to buy one cover for the sofa and table, which the footstools could also fit into and separate covers for the chairs so we could use them more easily over the winter etc. if we didn't want to unwrap the whole set. The larger cover even came with a blown up cushion to put on top of the table to help water roll off when in use. Very pleased. Took a while to find what I wanted and glad to have found this.

Liked the efficient transit once in stock and the apparent weather proof texture being more advanced than I expected. Would have preferred to be able have the same style to cover 6 of my chairs but because of your diagrams with sizes that proved impossible. Dislike was the fact it was out of stock for a few weeks so was unable to order when first required, but I did request and got an email when it was eventually in stock. Your online form does not cater properly with addresses requiring a minimum of 4 lines. Number and Road, village, town, post code. Text on you form goes missing.

Excellent price and quality - bought the corner sofa cover for Maze Winchester and the cover for rise and fall table. Both fit well - good thickness and strong holding straps. Good price as well - delivered quickly. Also contained air cushions - new to me - to put under the cover to stop pooling of water on top - will be ideal in winter when it’s cold as our sofas will be on the bottom garden…..down steps…..

Very impressed with the quality of the garden furniture covers. I like that it included a water pillow, which I still havnt managed to blow up yet. I’m hoping the cover will last us for many years. The cover seems waterproof, as we’ve had awful British weather lately, and the covers have done the job well by keeping my sun lounger dry. I also like the beige colour, rather than boring black ones, much more stylish. I was impressed with the delivery time too. I would order from the seller again. Thank you.

They offer a wide range of dimensions which was the main reason for my purchase since my garden furnitures have unusual dimensions. Would have cost me three times as much had I ordered a made to measure cover from other companies. I was also very impressed with the quality of the cover. Delivery was also quicker than expected. Very impressed with the quality of Raffles covers. Good fabric, zip & slit in the hem for a pole to assist taking on and off. Unfortunately the folding pole was missing and the cover was so long we had to shorten it for the rotary line. However it does fir well on our 2.8m & 3m parasols.

Product i wanted was out of stock and when i contacted them they were very helpful and told me when they were expecting it back in & emailed me when it arrived. I then placed an order and am very pleased with the product, parasol cover, which arrived promptly and was better than i expected.

I had to send back the first cover which was too small and did not coincide with size stated on the package. I was impressed with the speed in putting this right and am pleased the new cover fits well and is exactly what we wanted to protect our new garden table.

Great cover to go over my large outdoor corner sofa. Not used yet - have tried on to make sure it fits and it is a little big but will do the job of protecting it during the winter. Love the balloons to stop the cover from sagging and creating pools of water.

Easy ordering ,with all the different sizes shown, so when the patio furniture cover arrived, in the time scale suggested, it was a perfect fit, very well made and so much better quality than the one we brought with the furniture….the finish on the cover is excellent, waterproof flaps so air can circulate and not let the items it covers stay damp, corner clips to put around the legs so it reduces the chance of loosing it in the wind….really recommend this company.

Very quick delivery. Excellent garden umbrella cover which fitted my Kettler cantilever umbrella perfectly. I have been waiting months for Kettler to restock own brand cover and got fed up of waiting for them. Found this company and they got another make to me within 2 days
