My watch Lauri watch was delivered a day earlier than expected so that was good. There was absolutely no sign of damage to the box it was delivered in so that was good too. The wooden box it came in is real nice . Included inside was a wrist strap pin removal tool to adjust the strap but luckily I didn't need to use it it fitted nice. I put the watch on a special light made for solar watches for about 6 hours, but it needed a lot longer for its very first charge, so after reading some advice, I left it on for 36 hours straight and its working perfectly now. Can leave on bedroom cupboard during the night its happily keeping excellent time.

This is the third time I have ordered from Holzkern and I can honestly say that I cannot fault them at all. The website makes ordering extremely easy, it is clear and well set out. Payment is a seamless transaction and delivery is extremely fast and (so far) has arrived exactly when it was due. I would not hesitate to continue ordering from Holzkern - the products are excellent quality for the price and they really do have a unique, sustainable collection of wonderful, unusual pieces that draw a lot of attention and conversation when worn. Got a watch and strap and replacement bracelet. I didn't like the bracelet on the watch so I got another one to use. When delivered I got a jewler to fit it but unfortunately they couldn't. I contacted holzkern and they advised me to send it back and they would fit it. Which was done without any hassle and promptly. The service was excellent and great communication. Great quality watch and looks amazing. Would recommend an amazing company and quality workmanship.

Their website is easy to follow and order from. The range of fantastic beautiful pieces of jewellery are amazing. What an amazing concept using a natural product and turning it into a unique item that can be treasured forever. My ring is for my 5th wedding anniversary (wood) so you can imagine how happy I was receiving my gift from my husband. All my friends and family love it! Thank you 😊

Brought a beautiful olive wood watch. Light to wear and excellent time keeper. The watch came with a couple of extra wooden strap links and the tools to adjust the strap. I needed to remove two links, but decided to take it for professional attention at a jewelers; the jeweler said it was one of the nicest watches he has seen. Delivery was quick, with all taxes sorted by Holzkern. The watch comes in it's own wooden keepsake box with a cork lined pillow. Definitely worth the money. I'm saving for another one. If you like wood, excellent craftsmanship and a watch that is not only beautiful and stylish, whilst being practical, then Holzkern can probably offer you a watch to suit your tastes and you'll not be disappointed.

I rarely leave reviews, but this brand is worth it! I am very picky, especially when it comes to fashion and jewelry, but Holzkern combines quality from nature with beautiful designs. I am more attracted to the men's collection and would like to see more similar designs in the women's collection. I haven't bought anything for myself yet, but I ordered two birthday gifts for my brother and my mother. They both loved them and wear their Holzkern items every day! I definitely recommend the brand! Thank you Holzkern for the wonderful experience and your mission!

Beautiful product, top notch quality, no regrets and get compliments a lot. In future please give instructions on how to use and maintain the item inside the box rather than having to hunt online. Also be nice to include a nice souvenir style certificate of what I bought. The one I bought was limited edition and now it's not on the website anymore one forgotten all the nice details about what it was made of etc. be nice to have an official keepsake to go with the item. Amazing. Website was so easy to navigate. Can not fault anything from ordering to delivery. Stunning quality to the necklace, arrived within timeframe given and regular tracking updates. Ordered from UK so packaging was amazing for overseas transport and love the level of detail in the way even the box it came in was wood and fully reusable.

The watch I purchased for my husbands birthday is absolutely stunning. The quality is excellent, it looks even better in person, and the delivery was quick and efficient. It has already become a very special keepsake for him. The reason I've deducted one star is due to the lack of communication regarding engraving. I sent a message with my order asking whether the watch could be engraved before dispatch, as I wanted to include a personal message from Paul's mum. Unfortunately, I never received a response. As the back of the watch is quite delicate, we've since been advised that engraving it elsewhere isn't possible without risking damage. It's disappointing because it would have made an already beautiful gift even more meaningful. Overall, the product itself is fantastic and I'm very pleased with the quality, but better customer communication would have made the experience perfect.

Beautiful products, excellent communication when required before and after purchase albeit they only respond once a day. I've purchased numerous items from Holkern, everything has been lovely and with the exception of one item that we had to claim on the warranty for it is all excellent quality. I would recommend Holzkern and I will purchase from again.

Ordered a watch for my husband's birthday [Thicket model]. I bought him a bracelet last year and as this was superb quality, hubby wanted a watch. The items are brilliantly packaged in wooden boxes and instructions to set watch up / adjust strap are online and very easy to follow. Both the bracelet and watch are admired and we're often asked where we purchased. Definitely highly recommend ordering from Holzkern.

I am so pleased that I found Holzkern on the internet. Everything was delivered on time with great communication. The bandlet which I purchased was beautifully presented and real quality. You can immediately tell that every bit of care has gone in to making this and it is not surprising that people have already commented on it. Very very pleased and will definitely buy from Holzkern again.

Bought a necklace and bracelet as a gift for my wife and although the products were as expected- both pretty and unique- the shipping packaging has room for improvement. Products were packaged in small wooden boxes with magnetised lids then placed into a much bigger box with paper padding to fill out the bigger box. Unfortunately, during shipping, the lid had come off the necklace box and the necklace was just loose inside the big box, free to rattle around with any movement. Obviously, I was a little dismayed at the lack of care and attention taken for such a relatively expensive and delicate item. Can see no real damage to the necklace but is not what I expect to receive when spending significant money on a special gift. Disappointed that, for such a nice product, more care wasn’t taken. A relatively simple solution needed to not spoil the experience of buying from Holzkern again. In fact, I already have another purchase yet to be delivered from Holzkern. Fingers crossed the item stays in its box!

The bracelet was a gift, it came in a lovely wooden gift box. I was impressed by the fact it had the tool and extra links to add or remove links from the bracelet so it could be the perfect size for my husband. Also a added note he can independently put the bracelet on and off as the fastening is stiff enough to stay open.

The Brachlet is perfect for a man and not the conventional type being extremely well made and excellent quality. It was a Gift from my long term partner of my choosing. Unfortunately it still remains in the box actually not woorn as yet as have been in hospital for some weeks. I am sure it will really suit the type of man i am !!!

Great looking watch, the veined surface of the quartz face really beautiful. Nice and big, but not heavy. Delivery was quick and it arrived well packaged so no fear of damage. My only issue; a slightly loose crown that does not stay pushed fully home so has, on occasion, come out and the watch stops! A little frustrating when you are trying to ditch the digital and have to look at your phone for a time check!

My watch arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. Once opened the watch is really lovely and feels good quality. The strap was a little small for me but spare links and the tools to fix these were enclosed in the box which was appreciated. Once an extra link was added the watch is perfect, can’t wait to wear it now.

Bought the walnut and rose gold bandlet and I'm really happy with it. It arrived within a week in a wooden display box. Within this are some small screwdrivers and extra links so you can adjust the bandlet as required. I removed a link which was easy to do to get the perfect fit. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve bought many products from Holzkern and love them all. Amazing unique products. The service is great as well and postage speed is just impeccable. What could you do better? The necklace clasp. It’s one of the hardest clasps to deal with. It makes you look for another option before reaching for the holzkern necklace.

I love the uniqueness and style that my watch has. The range of colour combinations was excellent and though my strap had a defect I was impressed by the level of service I received to replace it. The price means I wear it as an everyday watch. I would buy from this company again and recommend them to friends and family.
