a large selection is an opportunity to choose, but the lack of free returns limits my ability to choose the right size. I ordered shoes that turned out to be too small despite checking the insole and foot length according to the manufacturer's recommendations. So I returned them and ordered another pair, but to get free returns, I had to agree to a return on a gift card. I'm waiting to order another pair ... With free returns of goods and funds to the account, I would have ordered 3 different pairs and returned the wrong ones. With the current system, I will have to spend more time ordering and returning.

I liked it: sharing real-time information in the InPost app and information about the shipment status. I was curious when the shoes would be in the parcel locker in my city. Fast shipping after placing the order means you care about the customer and meet my needs for wearing comfortable shoes. Also fine with the sizing and color scheme of Scarpa shoes.

Hassle-free order and very good product
I ordered a Ruffwear Front Range dog harness – Pink Mountain. I chose cash on delivery because it was my first order and I was not sure if everything would go well. The package arrived without issues in Iași County, and the delivery was fine. The product is very good and I am satisfied with the purchase. I recommend 8a.ro with confidence!

I bought a few things, including two waterproof jackets, which turned out to be too small. But returning them was very simple and hassle-free.
I pay attention to how the package is packed, whether it is adequately protected, and whether there are not too many fillers, plastics, etc. Here, everything is great, appropriately chosen packaging to avoid "shipping air," cardboard without plastic tapes, etc. Caring for the environment matters. I recommend the store 8a.pl!

Store 8a
I rate the store 8a.pl very positively. The order was handled quickly and efficiently, and the package arrived without any problems.
The Teva sandals proved to be spot on. Size 47 with a foot length of about 29.3 cm fits perfectly. The shoes are very comfortable, soft, well-fitted, and fit the foot excellently. After the first uses, I can say that the wearing comfort is really very high.
Very good product quality, fast service, and professional approach of the store. I definitely recommend both the store 8a.pl and these sandals.

8a is the best outdoor store for us. Together with my wife, we buy almost all our hiking clothes at 8a. The store’s website is clear and transparent, a large selection of goods, shipping on the day of the order, delivery almost always on the next day. As it happens with clothes, some don't fit, so you have to return them, but it's "painless" because the returns are well-organized, and the refund is lightning fast. We are very satisfied and recommend it with a clear conscience.

Excellent products! I appreciate the variety of products and the wide range of top brands. I configured my equipment for winter climbing with the help of AI Mode from Google Chrome and found most of the recommended premium products here at a fair price, the same as on the official websites. Thank you very much and wish you success in your activity!

I highly recommend this store! The products here are of the highest quality, and the customer service delights with professionalism and great help in choosing the right equipment. I also had the opportunity to observe how an employee with great dedication helped a customer choose a backpack - discussing every detail, explaining how it should sit on the back, and taking care of the customer as if she were someone from his family. It's truly an amazing approach.

Friendly service and advice at the highest level! I received answers to every question and pro tips; you can tell that the two people serving me know their stuff and are themselves users of mountain equipment! Highly recommend

Everything was to my liking :) I'm glad I have my dream Meindl shoes. However, in the meantime, a promotion came up and I bought the shoes more expensively than on the website. And here a small disappointment, because my husband and I are regular customers and it would have been nice to take advantage of such promotions.

I am very satisfied with shopping at fir…
I am very satisfied with shopping at company 8a. I ordered a hat and gloves for high-altitude expeditions and once again everything met my expectations. The products are of very good quality, match the description, and work great in difficult conditions. I order here regularly and am always satisfied both with the service and the quick order processing. I definitely recommend it!

Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"I definitely recommend the store 8a.pl! I purchased the Salomon X Ultra 5 hiking boots here and I am very satisfied. The price offer was unbeatable, and the ordering process was lightning fast. Very helpful descriptions and size charts, which allowed me to choose the footwear perfectly (size 42 with a foot length of 26 cm fits like a glove, with appropriate room). The package arrived well packed and on time. These definitely won’t be my last purchases in this store. Full professionalism!"

Great professionalism and atmosphere 8a in Krakow. Employees are very engaged in their work. Everything is in perfect order. Equipment, clothing top class, prices super promotional. Maybe they just lack a rental service for clothing and equipment for 100% satisfaction.

Everything according to the order. This is my second mat, very good, odorless, soft, comfortable and light, easy to fold, replaces the chair on my cycling trips. Since I have been using this mat, I have not damaged the mattress. It protects against the cold from the ground. I recommend it to everyone.

Lightning-fast order processing. Just a few hours after purchase, the shoes were sent by courier, and that in the afternoon. Great store, large selection, and probably the best in PL. 100% original items. Recommend 10/10
