Wonderful experience. My first time ordering directly from a foreign country and was pleasantly surprised at the great service and that everything was done just as advertised. When I did have a possible issue, it was easy to find a contact and I received a response immediately and the issue was dealt with immediately as well. It was a late Christmas present for my husband and the person responding to my email was signed “Clause”, 😄 I shared with my kids and said, it really is from Santa Clause! 😆 My husband is so happy with his clock which reminds him of his childhood. We are in Hawaii and there is nothing we can get here like an authentic German Cuckoo clock.

Order 202209268 27.09.2022 1st delivery all items broken Replacement delivery 1 item broken Did not think I would get a refund so had to repair items myself. Protection of house boxes very poor inside delivery box. No " Fragile" warning labels on delivery boxes I sent pictures in correspondence after deliveries The lady I was first sending messages to seemed very understanding and helpful but it appeared other people in your company did not believe me.

I took the clock in and they sent the wrong mechanism. It's too expensive to return.

Purchased an 8 day cuckoo clock from cuckooclocks.com in 2022 and it was working perfectly until just recently when it kept stopping despite re-levelling. After sending photos and a short video clip, cuckooclocks.com were able to solve the issue by advising us to adjust a small plastic sleeve in the clock. Today it is again working again and keeping precise time. Thankyou cuckooclocks.com for going above and beyond to solve our issue. We are very happy customers.

You delivery information was misleading. I paid extra which said that delivery in 3working days and as I was flying out in 6 working days, I PAID the extra. But the clock arrived one week after my departure, well over 9 working days. Please be kind and don't insult me by saying that delivery is not your fault and it is the courier service problem. If that is so Do Not offer delivery on your website. Highly misleading information if not downright lie.

It’s was good , We did have a bit of a problem with visa , I put it on my card , but also put it on pay pal .... they credited it back on pay pal , but I did loose money on that for service charge to credit it back to me Such is life ... I’m real happy with my clock , it’s even better then my last one from you , Best thing is , it takes batteries, and keeps time to the second,, And even better, when it dark it don’t chim Love it

I have ordered two cuckoo clocks from here. I ordered one to gift my sister when I visited her in Australia and it was really good. Very nicely manufactured with all the detailings and easy to set up as well. Cuckoo was not too loud. As we all liked the first time I purchased from here , I ordered the second one to gift my in-laws. It was also a pretty cuckoo clock. Online delivery and packing and services were really good..

The service was very fast and I received just what I ordered, as well as some extra figurines for the clock that the staff was able to obtain for me from the manufacturer. We could not be happier. The pricing was very fair compared to prices on new clocks in the US, However, the communication and ease of ordering set them apart from the dealer that I was attempting to order from in Michigan.
