The clock was, finally, delivered which is good. Other good experiences were the prompt replies to my concerns regarding the build of the clock and the shutoff feature. However, the web site indicated 4 weeks for delivery world wide when the clock didn't ship for 4 weeks and it arrived right on the 8 week mark. The web site has since corrected the shipping time to reflect 6 weeks. Again though, the emails I sent expressing my concerns with the delay were all answered rapidly, courteously, professionally, and with patience. Were I to order another clock through your store I would not expect to get it for at least 2 months and would order it accordingly; as it was the clock didn't get here for Christmas.

I had the exact same Trenkle 1-day clock for 15 years that broke down recently. However, the recent purchase do not provide the same complete 2 tone "CUC--KOO" sound, usually only hear the super short "Cucku". Was satisfied to be able to own another Trenkle. Thank you.

The clock is so beautiful and works perfectly. It was packaged with great care-and l couldn't have asked for better. I was annoyed by the unexpected charges by UK customs, but that's not the sellers problem. Maybe the customs payments should've been made clearer, but l should've checked. Thankyou for the most beautiful product l have bought in years!

Love the sound it's not at all annoyingly, taken a few goes to align as was ok then started only striking 3/& 4s but restarted again and now ok we had moved it from it's original position to another Room

Once again I received a beautiful hand crafted cuckoo clock, which works perfectly and has a resonant chime.. BUT, BUT, BUT there is no mention on the website that UK customers have to pay an extra £50 customs charge before receiving the clock. Even though SCOTLAND voted to remain part of the EU, we are being punished, for being part of the xenophobic, racist and fascistic UK, as WE have not yet regained our INDEPENDENCE!

I got this clock for my wife and she loves it. It's well made and is the perfect size and shape for us. We also like sounds of the cuckoo and that it is quiet after dark. The only issue I had was that it took about a month to get it (dealing with customs at Fedex).

Beautifully crafted! It was a Christmas gift for my husband after traveling to Germany several times. He loves it and we can’t wait to finish building to hang it up❤️
