The clock I purchased is gorgeous. I bought this as a present for my wife; owls are her favorite bird and the design with two owls was just perfect. I'm still amazed getting an authentic Black Forest cuckoo clock was so accessible. I live in the US, and after ordering it was on my doorstep in just 3 days. Amazing!

Our KA 1675 Hekas cuckoo clock arrived after approximately 3 weeks. We were very excited to open our package and see the amazing detail of our clock. The instructions were clear and easy. Setting up the clock and making adjustments is quite simple. The admin were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Now that I have my clock set up and time set precisely we couldn’t be happier with the product. Very happy to bring a piece of Germany to our home.

Excellent selection of clocks at fair prices. I love the videos from the company owners and workshops. Our clock arrived in a reasonable amount of time and in perfect condition. We are so happy with it! It’s beautiful and brings joy to our lives.

The customer service reps did an excellent job. I had issues with USA customs - package had been opened and items were missing. However, Cuckoo Clocks representatives sent replacement parts in a timely manner. Missing: weights, fishing pole, 1 tree

The 24hr clock is great for a bedroom. Excellent craftsmanship, beautiful piece of art. Reminds one of the black forest, and now I have a piece of the forest in my home. The shipping cost is reasonable and tariffs covered. Highly recommended for those who appreciate fine clocks.

Not too happy with this company/website. Ordered this authentic “Black Forest cuckoo clock”. They said 3 day fedex shipping so I assumed it would arrive in roughly 3 days. It arrived 2 weeks later, much later than expected. The box was damaged and I discovered later was missing one of its two weights. This clock does not operate without both weights. When I Inquired, they casually said: oh yes, that happens from time to time that someone takes the weight. Well, no one “took” the weight. It was improperly packaged. They also said that “the clockmaker” would ship it when he returned from vacation, a week and a half later. I’m not sure why someone else can’t ship it and that only “the clockmaker” can ship it. So I waited. Roughly 3 weeks later, I followed up with an email and received no response. So I waited and followed up with another email. No response. And now it is more than 2 weeks later and still have just a clock hanging in the wall, not working with one weight. This was a gift for my young daughter who is learning to tell time. Oh yeah, I received a bill from FedEx for $66.00 (the clock cost over $500.00) for taxes, fees and customs. That fee should be included with this expensive, “authentic” clock. We’ll see if I ever receive the weight or if this clock ever works. They had the nerve to send me this email to review their company. Here it is!

Products were packaged appropriately so they arrived in perfect shape. Fairly quick shipping. Very happy with my new cuckoo clocks.

The clock is exactly what I wanted

The clock was, finally, delivered which is good. Other good experiences were the prompt replies to my concerns regarding the build of the clock and the shutoff feature. However, the web site indicated 4 weeks for delivery world wide when the clock didn't ship for 4 weeks and it arrived right on the 8 week mark. The web site has since corrected the shipping time to reflect 6 weeks. Again though, the emails I sent expressing my concerns with the delay were all answered rapidly, courteously, professionally, and with patience. Were I to order another clock through your store I would not expect to get it for at least 2 months and would order it accordingly; as it was the clock didn't get here for Christmas.

I had the exact same Trenkle 1-day clock for 15 years that broke down recently. However, the recent purchase do not provide the same complete 2 tone "CUC--KOO" sound, usually only hear the super short "Cucku". Was satisfied to be able to own another Trenkle. Thank you.

The clock is so beautiful and works perfectly. It was packaged with great care-and l couldn't have asked for better. I was annoyed by the unexpected charges by UK customs, but that's not the sellers problem. Maybe the customs payments should've been made clearer, but l should've checked. Thankyou for the most beautiful product l have bought in years!
