It took just 24 hours from the time I placed my order to recieving my cuckoo clock. Bearing in mind it travelled from, Germany to the U.K. I think the service was fantastic. OurU.K. Postal service struggle to deliver a simple first class letter to another U.K. address in 24 hours. So well done, Cuckooclocks.com.
P.S. I love the clock I purchased too.

My husband who is from Germany ordered a beautiful Cuckcoo Clock from Cuckooclocks.Com for my Birthday. We put the clock on the wall and the
right chain went to the floor and would not go up. The clock was on sale but
we didn't know we would get a broken clock.We called the company who
we read was 4.61 out of 5 and safe but they said they have quality control
and left us to pay for someone to fix the clock in this country, and pay to ship it again to another state for more money plus the cost of $175 plus $80. shipping
back and forth. Never did we think this would happen with a German Company!
Very disappointing! We have not gotten the clock back from repair yet.

After a long and fruitless exchange, because in our opinion, we had not receive what we had ordered, we returned the clock, at our expense. We have already sent you a text to that regard on July 9th 2024.

A! I ordered the clocks they didn't ship it on a date they said they would ship it I had to call again then they told me that they didn't have the parts so I cancelled my order not happy waited a long time for them to get hold of me and they never did have a great day merry Christmas happy New year Take care of yourself
