These scents are absolutely amazing always. You can tell the quality as soon as you open the lid of these oils. I've bought oils for many years and Candle Shack are the highest of quality and strength.
Hope they do new Winter ones similar to Yankee Candle White Christmas and Sparkling Snow. I'd buy so many bottles if they create oils like them.

I have been using this company for many years and would never change anything about them. They supply the best products like candle jars, diffuser jars, wicks for candles, soy wax, packaging for your fully finished product and oils. What can I say about the oils, the best so far on the market in UK. I tried many other companies but Candle Shack supplies the most wonderful scents, highly concentrated, always well sealed and prevented from spil in delivery box, I have never had once spilled or damaged item. Fast delivery 2-3 days to my place, customer service always responds on your queries. What else I can say? I will always order more because I am one happy customer 😊

What a company! Not only the products are great quality! And I really mean that but also the customer service is excellent! The delivery is so quick and never experienced any damages nor mistakes within the orders I have made.
The only thing that stops me from buying more and more often is the delivery charges. They are so high and no option for no delivery charges or reduced ones. I would rather to have an option and pay less but for example wait 3/4 days for it or pick it up from in-post or pay more if I need something urgently.

I’ve been using candle shack on and off during the testing phases of my candle branding and learning has been so much easier because of candle shack’s support and online learning blog, especially for the finer details of launching a business brand.
This is only the start, though. I intend to continue using candle shack’s high quality products and especially fragrances that I absolutely adore, best on the market, mostly made in France, where I once lived for 15 years. It’s been a long journey to get things right, but, I’m about ready to launch my business and couldn’t be happier.
The only problem I’ve found is the delivery is either fast or slow, which might be a problem in the future, this could also be with the delivery company, but overall I’m happy . Customer support has always been good for me, no complaints.

I have been using this company products for my business for over the past most probably 5 years and would not change anything. They have the most wonderful and highly concentrated oils for making candles or wax melts and amazing containers and candle jars and reed diffusers. My customers are always happy with what I create and they buy more and order for Christmas for their families. Customer service always responds sometimes fast sometimes slow but always responds. Delivery is fast even to where I live. When I order oils, they never spilled even once according to other companies and oils are strong, concentrated not diluted like in other companies. Prices are a little high but hey, you pay for the quality. This is one of the best companies that supply for small independent businesses like me and I hope 🙏 they will never disappear from the UK market. Highly highly recommended 👌

I find it excelent to either pick your order up or let it send, i'm from the netherlands and live not far away from the warehouse in echt, but some of the items candle shack sells, i want to feel, smell or look at and this is not possible, maby invest in some kind of display room, but product wise and service wise candle shack is excelent for me and my business, i'm a new regular customer.

i like candle shack , but the cost lately has been expensive for a hobby maker like me by the time i add stuff to my basket and then add the vat and then the post cost it means a small 800grm wax has nearly doubled in price when you can buy it on eBay at 1kg or other suppliers the cost may be higher but at least you get 1kg , by the time you add the post of £5.99 plus vat £7.14 p , 800grm wax will work out at £14 -£16 , so yes i like candleshack for the service , but pricing on post and then add the vat , just wipes me out ,
