I have been using this company products for my business for over the past most probably 5 years and would not change anything. They have the most wonderful and highly concentrated oils for making candles or wax melts and amazing containers and candle jars and reed diffusers. My customers are always happy with what I create and they buy more and order for Christmas for their families. Customer service always responds sometimes fast sometimes slow but always responds. Delivery is fast even to where I live. When I order oils, they never spilled even once according to other companies and oils are strong, concentrated not diluted like in other companies. Prices are a little high but hey, you pay for the quality. This is one of the best companies that supply for small independent businesses like me and I hope 🙏 they will never disappear from the UK market. Highly highly recommended 👌

I find it excelent to either pick your order up or let it send, i'm from the netherlands and live not far away from the warehouse in echt, but some of the items candle shack sells, i want to feel, smell or look at and this is not possible, maby invest in some kind of display room, but product wise and service wise candle shack is excelent for me and my business, i'm a new regular customer. Only thing i would like to know is, what kind of customer services can candle shack echt provide in like branding and custom packaging

I ordered fragrance oils for candle making from Candle Shack and I’m very happy with the experience. The products are high quality, and the scents are strong and pleasant, exactly as expected. The delivery to Romania was surprisingly fast, and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone passionate about handmade candles!

Great quality items. Customer service is responsive and very helpful. Delivery fee is quite pricey, which will stop me from making small spontaneous purchases. I'm only starting my candle making journey, and I've been really happy with my purchases so far- fast delivery, well packaged, and customer service is very good.

Honestly, all of the products I received are amazing. The EU Golden Wax exceeded my expectations, and the fragrance oils are fantastic—especially Forbidden Cherry. My candles smell incredible! I will definitely continue ordering from this site. My only concern is the shipping cost; it would be great if it were lower, or even free for orders over €100, especially within the Netherlands.

The fragrance oils are unbelievable good I use them with a carrier specially for HVAC scent-machines 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️is really my rate , only the shipping costs when you order a little bit … more low maeybe but for their products TOP And one of them shown … a wonderfull flower scent .

Happy Customer I've been with Candleshack for a good many a year now. Over 90% of my materials are supplied by them. The quality of the oils is super, delivery is fast and you are kept up to date with dispatch and tracking. Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much bother for them. The learning hub is really helpful (like getting advice and support for the top that did not set well in the picture), and they keep you informed of all the upcoming and important changes. Will be using them for many more years to come :)

I am so happy to have found candle shack, and the fact that it's based in my old home town in the facility I visited as a kid when my dad worked there, I think it was fate 😍 Love the fragrances, jars and wicks! The quality is amazing! A little more expensive as a start up due to shipping but heho, if you're going to do something, right!! Love, love, love Candle Shack

Candle shack, I’ve found have consistently offered quality products and services, which for me, is very important above anything else. I particularly like that all their fragrances are mostly made in France, where I once lived. The candle jars from Italy are exquisite, and I can tell the quality immediately. Received my order of fragrances today, I admit I was a little sceptical as I have tried so many from other companies and been disappointed by either the fragrance not smelling as expected or not long lasting, some even poor quality. As soon as I opened each bottle to have a smell, I was blown away by the depth of fragrance and quality of the bottle. I am so delighted that I took the chance, I will certainly be ordering more.

The site and the service are superb. So is the packaging. The shipping is a bit expensive, but that is not a problem. The only problem and the reason I do not shop more here is the higher than average prices of fragrance oils and basically everything. But still, the quality is superb and sometimes I stomach the higher prices because I want assurance of top grade oils.

Candle Shack have just ‘got it right’. Products are all excellent quality, lovely website and community on fb, lots of information and help given, even delivery times now are amazing. Candle making is just a hobby for me but I’ve learned so much from their courses etc I might just start with a stall ..

Everything about Candle Shack is positive.I would surely recommend . I only think than having 25cl glass jars would be nice. Also more transparent colours other than amber and violet. Thank you

I just start with soya candle home production. Love all the oil and soya wax is melting very well. Extra point for quick delivery.
