Dat het duidelijk mag zijn, ik zal iedereen ten alle tijden aanraden zijn producten hier te kopen. Alles is van hoge kwaliteit. Enige waarom ik 3 sterren geef, is dat toen ik begon met bestellen bij Candle Shack, ik altijd kon rekenen op goede communicatie en snelle levertijden. Het duurt steeds langer voor ik mijn producten ontvang, wat voor mij die producten verkoopt ook vervelend is. Gemiddeld wacht ik inmiddels een week voordat ik producten ontvang, terwijl ik in Nederland woont vanwaar zij sturen. Op hun website staat nog steeds 3 dagen levertijd vanaf bestelling. Iets duidelijker communicatie over vertragingen, vooral met de feestdagen in aantocht zou fijn zijn. Dan krijgen ze weer de 5 sterren die dit topbedrijf verdient.
