Die Platten waren wie beschrieben. Nur leider waren sie nicht gut genug verpackt, so dass zwei Plattencover oben durchstossen waren (bei eingeschweisster Neuware schwer zu verhindern, aber es war auch eine secondhand-Platte dabei und da ist es leicht, die Platte zum Transport aus dem Cover heraus zu nehmen.

It’s a shame and not professional. I bought a vinyl more than 9 months ago and they waited all these time to told me that he is not available. When I bought this release from 90’s tapes, it was just already new and I’m sure that I’m always in the first to ordered it. Now if I want it I need to pay twice ! Only response that they gave me is a shortage but it is impossible because like I said, I was in the first to ordered it and at this time it was available. Very angry and very poor service from them.
They only give me a small voucher code of 10€ ?? Wow I am very happy after bought more than 1000€ of vinyls. Really HHV ??
And last, they must do something for us bonus coins. A system that recognizes the buyer and save and accumulate all the bonus coins we rewarded. Like that we won’t loose anything and it is most fair.
Usually I am always happy with HHV but this time I am very angry because I’m sure that they took my vinyl on my order in waiting since 9 month and sell or give to another. When someone paid for, you must take it away from your regular stock and reserve. It is just a respect.

New vinyl in the announcement. After receiving it, it turns out that the foil is missing and the discs are broken. There is no chance that they were damaged during transport because the packaging was in perfect condition. It turns out they knew what they were sending. I can't believe it. The only plus is that they gave the money back.

Pros and cons
Pro: Delivery extremely fast and always correct.
Contra: My latest order contained a single with an inner sleeve. It was impossible to pull the record out of the sleeve, because the inner sleeve probably was glued into the outer sleeve. Since the outer sleeve was a picture sleeve and not a generic one, I didn't want to cut it out. But I had to. I made the sleeve a cut-out :-) I don't think singles need inner sleeves.

Poor information and scammy product photos
Ordered vinyl record there once, poor information about product and what's more they got their photos of diferent release, so it was quite scammy - ofcourse diferent vinyl came from what whas described.
I also sent a question about that product to be sure if product's photos uploaded there corespond with product in real life, but nobody answered ever since.
However delivery was really fast!

Used to be a big fan of HHV. These years the prices are going higher, the category is getting smaller and customer service is not as good as it used to be (clueless staff). Disappointing.
