Dear team, I wanted to inform you that the trailer was delivered around 10:00 today. The trailer is completely assembled and looks very nice. My choice was the right one, and I thank you for your work and the reliability of the delivery. While assembling, I noticed a few things that you might consider in future work (trailer manufacturing). 1. The screws for attaching the top side wall to the bottom side wall could be a little longer (e.g., 1-2 cm), because the fold of the lower side wall interferes when screwing on the nut. (for thick fingers, like mine). 2. All 8 screws of the 4 tie-down loops on the load area were loose. 3. The adhesive graphic on the tires could be fixed somewhere else, as it couldn't be easily removed. Due to the tire profile, I spent about 1 hour removing the adhesive, constantly tearing film into small pieces. 4. Unfortunately, the 4 screws for attaching the chocks were missing, as well as an indication of where the chocks should be mounted. After testing the many holes on the trailer, I found them and fixed the chocks with my own screws. 5. While assembling the rear side wall, I noticed that it is only fixed with 2 small screws in conjunction with the lower side wall. Here, considering reinforcement between the lower and upper side wall might be advisable to make the wall (now 2 connected parts) more stable when folded down. 6. While observing the cable for the electricity 10 cm from the plug, I noticed a "rubbing point" where the inner cable was already visible. It's unclear where this can come from, especially since the trailer is brand new. I wrapped it and fixed it a bit, which should prevent such issues in the future. Otherwise, my trailer is now in the garage next to my car, and I'm very pleased with it. I also conducted a light test, and everything works. Quality from Poland! The announced delivery took place somewhat clumsily, 2 days later, which personally wasn't a big deal for me. I would consider the electrical installation to be lacking. The cables hung under the trailer and are routed through very sharp holes in the chassis at several places. That won't last long, and I fixed it myself. Otherwise, the trailer makes a good impression, but I haven't been able to properly test it yet because the registration date is in 4 days.

The trailer itself has so far made a good impression, but there were some problems with the handling. The delivery unfortunately proved to be much more difficult than expected. For a long time, it was unclear when exactly delivery would happen, making planning accordingly difficult. Even more annoying was the subsequent registration. Although all documents – including the vehicle title, COC, and invoice – were complete, online registration via i-Kfz was not possible. The system repeatedly reported that the vehicle could not be found by the Federal Motor Transport Authority. After consulting with the registration office, it turned out that some technical vehicle data had apparently not been transmitted to the registration office or the corresponding system. Online registration was therefore not possible, and we had to quickly get an appointment at the registration office and register the trailer there on site. Positive: The documents were ultimately complete, and the staff at the registration office were able to resolve the problem on site. Overall, I am satisfied with the trailer itself, but the delivery and registration handling, in my view, still have significant room for improvement. Especially with a new vehicle from an EU country, it would be helpful if it were ensured in advance that all necessary vehicle data for registration are correctly documented.

Super fast delivery and high quality. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit my VW Beetle because it has a different lock. But that's not the dealer's fault, I should have checked beforehand. I will keep it anyway and will get other automatic seat belts of newer version. As I said: Highly recommended!

I ordered a Unitrailer Garden 265 KIP with additional sideboards and 100 km/h approval. The ordering process was straightforward and communication from Unitrailer was generally good. Positively noteworthy is that the trailer, including accessories, was delivered complete and without damage. All documents and ordered equipment were present, so I am satisfied with the product and the scope of delivery. There is room for improvement in the delivery coordination. The trailer was delivered eight days earlier than originally announced. The shipping company informed me via WhatsApp, but the announced delivery times changed several times within a short period. Therefore, it was a bit difficult to plan. Luckily, I was home and could accept the delivery. Unitrailer also points out that the trailer should be carefully checked for transport damage upon delivery. In practice, however, this is not quite as simple, as the handover by the shipping company is quite swift and there is hardly any time for a thorough inspection. In some reviews, I have read complaints about sharp edges on the components. I personally cannot understand this criticism to that extent. The edges are not perfectly rounded everywhere, but in my view, they are within the usual range. When assembling, you should wear work gloves anyway. Given the price-performance ratio, I do not see any serious defect here. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and the delivered trailer. The logistics and coordination of delivery dates could be made a bit more reliable and plannable. However, the product itself makes a good impression on me and meets my expectations.

Gardentrailer 150 Kipp makes a well-crafted impression, as do the accessories (support wheel, rear supports, box lock). CoC and registration certificate part 2 were included in the shipping documents.\nPurchase processing was very good. The first delivery date was after 10 days and was also clearly communicated at the time of order. Unfortunately, the delivery was postponed 2 hours earlier (due to unforeseen circumstances, whatever that means). The second attempt a week later, however, went smoothly.

I was lucky and the price was on sale. Ordered 4 fenders for my Stema trailer right away. Delivery came from Poland and was incredibly fast to my home. Condition: 1A, without any damage. They will be mounted over the weekend. I also see my problems there. Addendum: The first two fenders were mounted. They fit 100% to the original holes on the trailer. No reworking! Remove the old ones and screw on the new ones. And done. The next order will definitely come.

The manufacturer should consider delivering two angled rails, about 55 cm long, for the stabilization of the tailgates with the additional side panel set. Otherwise, the fastening of the structure part with only two M5 screws in the non-closed state is quite unstable. Also, the lid seal doesn't fit exactly in all places on the side panel, which can be easily corrected with an adhesive seal strip on the side panel. Furthermore, I am more than satisfied with the price-performance ratio so far. A really good trailer at a low price.

The trailer is of good quality with all necessary documents. Only the fact that the transporter wanted to ask my receiving daughter for a tip (which he of course didn't receive) was somewhat confusing.

Liked: wide selection, very fair prices. Quite fast delivery (8 days). To improve: specify the threading dimension, for example M12x1.5, and offer these screws for sale. Also, offer the sale of bearings so they can be replaced in the future.

Fast shipping and delivery. Assembly and approval without problems, suitable for furniture, bark mulch ideally suited. Good processing and fully sufficient for my purposes. For the tarpaulin frame, a manual should be included, would be useful for laypeople!

Product has a good price/performance ratio and the handling was exemplary. Only the delivery was a shock. The pallet came in a van, without a lift and unloading option. I had to call neighbors to help with unloading. Luckily, I live in the countryside and the neighbor has a loader. But that is unacceptable.
