I was delighted to find the Seiko strap which Seiko could not supply. Very poor when the watch is unique and expensive.Ordering was easy and clear with good updating on delivery. Exactly right for the job. Watch had been bequeathed by a relative so important to get it back in use.

Shipping times were not accurate. My strap eventually arrived in Canada 10 days later than advised.- using Canada Post. I had already purchased any alternative strap. I never did get a notification to my request to track or replace it.
