The pump was delivered in the promised time interval, it was properly packed, etc, so all was good. The only thing I missed was the possibility to track the delivery, in order to be sure that it is on its way, and when to expect it. And, when I asked the customer service to send me one, there was no response.

It would have been great to have a kit with the pump connectors like R40 x R25 and the by manufacturer recommend power cable as an option, so you can get that as well at the same time. You're typically going to need that anyway so it would save the consumer.some time. Maybe you have it, but I didn't notice it.
