Harmittelen usein tuotteita jotka ovatkin huomattavasti pienempiä kuin ostohetkellä luulin. Kuvat ovat hieman harhaanjohtavia.
Toinen mikä harmittaa on se, että usein saan vain osan tuotteista. Toissalähetyksessä esimerkiksi piti olla useampi teepaketti ja oli vain yksi.

The packaging is generally very good, and things usually arrive in good condition. Delivery is usually very fast. The only issue is the PayPal situation: money was returned, then demanded back in very unclear terms, and the same order was reported as sent again, which isn't the case. Communication on this has been very confusing and unclear.
