The returning process is overly complex
The returning process isn’t small at all. The company Arma outsources the returns charges you to get a protected return and then they just don’t issue any return label. I hope this situation can be sorted out quickly since I’d not like to open a dispute with my bank

I shopped on the Arma site direct to support the brand rather than buying from another multibrand store. I wasn’t sure which size would look best and purchased a jacket in 2 sizes with intention of returning one. Standard for online shopping now. I read the return policy prior to purchase, which appeared standard. 1 jacket fit perfectly and was shocked the only shipping option for the return of the other was $50. I could have free or nominal $10 return shipping at the other stores. A truly terrible customer service to not advise this expense, really disappointing.
