Not satisfied
My package has been stuck in customs for over a week. The second I saw it was not moving. I reached out to the company through WhatsApp and email and they basically told me that they did everything that they could and that I should just be patient in waiting for my package however it’s now been a week. There has been no movement. I am super frustrated and feel like the company has not done everything in its power to ensure that client who pays $3000 for a coat receives their item properly. Basically, at this point you have my money and I have no product so that technically is theft and I don’t feel like the company has done everything to resurrect this situation.
