Virtual shop literally
I first tried to check if the shop was real. There no physical shop at the address. I then phoned multiple times but got no response. I emailed and it took 5 days to get a patronising reply. I placed a small order for an item in stock. I opted for collection as the delivery cost was extortionate. The item collection was to be the day after the order. I am still waiting a week later. The tracking on shop app lacks any detail, “it’s on his way” - seriously an item in stock to be collected. I will express no opinion, facts speak louder

Can you please provide details of the lack of ability to help? In the industry for 20 years and as my previous 5 star reviews demonstrate I offer excellent advice on all hanging systems. Unfortunately your purchase of 200cm is not classed as tiny by our couriers and they enforce a surcharge as they are oversized. Of course we offer the free collection option if customers prefer.
