Fast delivery, good quality, comprehensive staff. The cool box is very nice and convenient to be placed under the driving seat or co-pilot legs without being annoying to rest and/or to drive. Some proposal of improvements:
1- I would propose to have exactly similar products between the trunk bags and the roof box bags in term of design and colors being used. (no need to big white letters on roof boxes).
2- Good to integrate Tag space on the bag themselves, where you can add a PC of paper without having the need to buy additional external tags.

I think the item is way overpriced and the post, packing and import duty was horrendous!!
I would reccomed anyone thinking about these cases to just measure your car and purchase holdalls on Amazon.
It would probably be less than half the price that I have paid.
The quality is ok, but nothing specal.
Items were bought as a 60th Birthday present for my brother. I now feel the present is "cheap" and am not happy to give them as a gift.
I did a fair bit of research and ended up paying nearly £400 for some £100 bags.
More fool me!
Be warned
When I raised my concerns with the company re the postal costs l was basically told to read the small print and blame Brexit!

The order was delayed and although this was out of the hands of the company they kept hold of our money .There were customs charges to pay which I did not think was made clear on the original order The quality of the bags is good and it was nice to receive an extra back pack as a thank you I would recommend based on the goods but beware delays and customs lots of communication from Co throughout

Communication is key - you are very good at this. As a supplier you have the opportunity to enhance your value when matters do not go to plan. You also do this well. I have not had the opportunity to use the bags - quality looks good. Disconcertingly I found a loose/ Pulled rivet but it must me from the manufacture process and not one of the bags??
