I was a little cincerned to buy from Topdrinks because of bad reviews in Denmark. But everything was fine. Good selection to choose from, very good prices. 5 days delivery. A little confusion because I received 3 dutch mails from MySendle with three different ordrenummers, and then afterwards several statusmails, and finally two packages were delivered from GLS and PostNord. But everything is here now 👍

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. I placed an order a week ago and still have not received my package. What is even more frustrating is the lack of communication from the company. I have not received any updates or information about my order's status, despite reaching out to customer service multiple times. It is unacceptable to leave customers in the dark about their orders, especially when they have already paid for the product. I expected better from this company and will not be doing business with them again. It's frustrating and disappointing to waste time and money on a company that can't even fulfill basic expectations of customer service. I urge other customers to think twice before ordering from this company, as they clearly do not value their customers or their business.
