Review summary
Customers frequently praise the fast delivery and robust packaging that keeps products safe. The attractive, competitive prices and frequent deals are consistently highlighted as strong points. Additionally, the broad and interesting selection, along with the product variety, are highly appreciated by customers. Many also find the service reliable, with issues often resolved quickly. However, there are occasional frustrations with delivery delays or issues with specific couriers. Some customers report slow or absent responses to queries, particularly regarding missing or late items. There are also minor complaints about insufficient packaging padding or product damage. Disappointment due to sold-out items or unexpected stock shortages is sometimes experienced, although refunds are handled smoothly.

Consistently great
Topdrinks has a great inventiry to choose from and prices are really attractive. Ordering and delivery, even cancellation, is trouble free. It does seem though, that tge company makes credit card withdrawals before the order is sent. I never noticed until I had to cancel an order just after it was made.
But a very trustworthy shop.

Have ordered from here before without any problems but this time I ordered 2 bottles but only received one. They forgot to tell me that it was sold out in the mean time.
The 2 bottle were a present for my husbands 50th Birthday. I was pretty disappointed. But the money was returned to my account fast.

Heard nothing then it was shipped from another country?
The delivery of a few products from the DK site was so stressful. We website says “3-4 days” delivery which is super. I could see that all the items were in stock. I ordered a few things for my wedding that was impossible to find in local stores.
I ordered on a Monday and heard nothing for 3-4 days - until I got an email Thursday that it’s being shipped from the Netherlands? The package arrived so late we had to mix our premixers on our wedding day.
Would’ve been nice with a disclaimer that your stock is in another country.
The products were wonderful when they arrived tho.

I love that the prices are apx 10-20 % lower than in other liquor stores online, even counting the delivery costs.
Also it arrives within a couple of days every time

quick delivery, splendid choices and very good prices. One thing is annoying and that is when items are sold out and it takes a long time to be restocked.

Tak for din anmeldelse!
Team Topdrinks

The products arrived in good order and the selection on the site was good, so I will come back for new orders when I need something in that area.

Good place to buy
I have had several good experiences, and the parcels came within four days. Once I ordered seven bottles, but the two parcels came two different days, so the information could have been better. Otherwise I'm glad about the service.

Five stars for selection and speed delivery, despite your communication lacks something. You never respond to my mails months ago, why?

Great selection and reasonably prices. Goods are carefully packaged and shipped on time.
Limited tracking details until the shipment reach the destination country but that's not a major concern. Shipment usually arrives within 4-5 days.
